Sometimes it's the hurt within that triggers actions that can never be reversed. In this episode, the topic of a mother who killed her 2 children based on a childhood trauma is discussed. The little girl in her was still bitter and hurt. She did what she wanted to do as that little girl that was never heard by her mother.

Becoming a parent changes your life. You find the ability to adjust and do things that you never thought were possible and/or feasible. Having kids to care for and look up to you can become a motivator to be the absolute best you can be. 

When you really think about it, your first experience with love starts with your parents. Whether it's a Mom & Dad or Just Mom or Just Dad household, the love you experience during those moments as a child makes a difference. It took C a while to realize this, but it eventually came full circle.

The struggle continued for C and not in a good way. She had moved on from what felt like slavery into a forced relationship with her mother who temporarily recovered from her addiction. Despite the recovery being short lived for her mother, her mother's feelings somehow became more important to those around her. How could this be when C was the child who was struggling with her reality?

It's one thing to know that your mother is in the street, but it's a whole different animal when she lands in jail. C found herself left with the kids and Daddy Dick Print. She eventually found an opportunity to leave and took it without a second thought. It freed her from the burden of being a sister, mother, nanny and slave. 

Sometimes moving to a new location can provide a new start or at least that's what Controlling C thought. Instead, her mother's cycle of drug use spiraled out of control. At this point she was on the hook for being a full time parent while failing school.

Even at a young age, Controlling C knew something was up with her mother. She watched as she transformed into a MomBeast, but there was nothing that she could do about it. Her once happy life started to turn upside down and all she could do was buckle up for the ride.

If it's never going to change, sometimes it's just best to shut the door. This has been a process of sharing a bit of my life, but also a bit of therapy. 

The instability within a relationship can sometimes be the only thing that you have. It may be the only way that you can feel close to someone who is still so far away.

From nomad to apartment to a brand new journey. Finally able to have some normalcy while trying to figure out me and what I wanted.

She might have viewed it as some disease, but little did she know, I had fell in love. I had finally realized something about myself that I was sure of.
