Here’s another Best of episode of US Rugby Happy Hour LIVE… Way back in May of 2023, we touched base with USA 7s star, and quite the social media influencer, Ilona Maher. Ilona was still recovering from a leg injury and anxious to get back on the circuit, looks back on her career thus far, including being named to the World Rugby Dream Team and her time at Quinnipiac. Does she see herself playing 15s again? You may be surprised by her response.  Also, Fitzy and I take notes as Ilona teaches us old farts how to go viral on social media… while keeping our clothes on.
