Soft Launches, Hard Questions - How to Date
2026/09/22
Relationships are some of the biggest parts of our lives, but that doesn’t mean we’re very good at them. We’re surrounded by advice from culture, social media, movies, friends, and everyone in between—but what if the way we’ve been approaching dating, relationships, and marriage isn’t actually working?   In this series, we’re cutting through the noise and going back to the source: God’s design. Over the course of this series, we’ll tackle some of the biggest and hardest questions young adults are asking about relationships—Why marriage? What does a healthy marriage actually look like? What does it mean to be single? Who should I date? How should I date? And how do I pursue a relationship that honors Jesus?   These won’t be easy or cliché conversations. They’ll be honest, biblical, practical, and hopefully full of hope. Because whether God has called you to singleness or marriage, the goal isn’t simply to find the right person—it’s to become the kind of person who loves God and others well.   We hope you’re encouraged by this podcast! If you have questions about our church or what it means to follow Jesus, we’d love to hear from you. The Only Thing Worth Living For: Part 3 - Wisdom
2026/08/25
“What is the point of my life?” It’s one of the deepest questions we all wrestle with as we search for meaning, purpose, satisfaction, and something that will actually last. In this three-week series, The Only Thing Worth Living For, we’ll dive into the book of Ecclesiastes and join Solomon in his honest search for the one thing that can truly give our lives meaning.   Ecclesiastes takes us on a journey through the things we so often look to for fulfillment—pleasure, success, wisdom, relationships, achievement, and everything else “under the sun.” And Solomon’s conclusion is both sobering and freeing: when we make good things ultimate things, they become empty. The things we chase can bring real joy, but they were never meant to bear the weight of giving our lives ultimate meaning.   In this series, we’ll wrestle honestly with the questions Ecclesiastes raises about life, pleasure, purpose, and eternity—and discover that the good things God has given us are meant to point us beyond themselves to Him. Because "the only thing worth living for" is the One who gives meaning to everything else.   We hope you’re encouraged by this podcast! If you have questions about our church or what it means to follow Jesus, we’d love to hear from you. God's Will for Your Present
2026/07/28
“What is God’s will for my life?” It’s one of the biggest questions we all wrestle with as we make decisions that feel like they could shape the rest of our lives—our future, relationships, careers, and purpose. In this four-week series, No Wrong Turns: Finding God’s Will for Your Life, we’ll dive into what the Bible teaches about God’s will, and discover the freedom, peace, and confidence we can have as we follow Him.   The Bible reveals that God’s will is both His sovereign plan over all things and His desire for how we are called to live. While we may not always understand what God is doing, we can trust that He is in control and that He is faithfully working all things together for our good and His glory.   In this series, we’ll explore God’s will for our past, our present, and our future—learning how the gospel frees us from regret, empowers us to make wise decisions, and builds our trust in God so that we can follow wherever He leads. Because when our lives are surrendered to God, there are no wrong turns—only opportunities to trust that God is faithful to guide us, direct us, and use every step for His glory.   We hope you’re encouraged by this podcast! If you have questions about our church or what it means to follow Jesus, we’d love to hear from you. This Is Us - Part 3
2026/06/30
Who are we because of Jesus? In this three-week series, This Is Us, we dive into 2 Corinthians 5:17–21 and discover the incredible truth that when we are united to Christ, everything changes. The gospel doesn’t just give us a new set of beliefs—it gives us a completely new identity. In a world where so many of us are searching for purpose, identity, and belonging, the gospel gives us something far greater than a better version of ourselves—it gives us a brand new life. Through Jesus, the old has passed away, the new has come, and we have been made into new creations from the inside out.   But God doesn’t just save us as individuals; He brings us into a new family. Because we have been made new in Christ, we have also been brought into a new community—a people who belong to Jesus, who are being transformed together, and who are called to live differently from the world around us.   And God doesn’t stop there. The same Jesus who makes us new and brings us together also gives us a new calling: to be His ambassadors, carrying the message of reconciliation and inviting others to experience the same hope, forgiveness, and new life we have found in Him. This is us: made new by Jesus, brought together by Jesus, and sent out for the glory of Jesus.   We hope you’re encouraged by this podcast! How Can a Good God Allow Suffering?
2026/06/02
We live in a culture in which, for the first time in all of history, the truths of Christianity are no longer assumed. Our society is increasingly "Post-Christian," and there are more and more hard questions being posed to Christians. As followers of Jesus, this is not something to be fearful of, or shy away from, because these questions are ones that we have answers to. In this new series, "True & Good," we answer some of the hardest questions about Christianity. Is Christianity True? Is Christianity Good? How can a loving God allow evil? Is following Jesus even worth it? We will see that not the answers that Christianity provides does not just satisfy our curiosity, but satisfies the deepest longings of our hearts. This week, we answer the hardest question of all, “How can a good God allow suffering?” The common objection is that God is either powerful enough to stop it, but not good, or He is good, but not powerful enough to do anything to stop evil and suffering, otherwise there wouldn’t be any. Our Young Adults Pastor, Brent Cummings, walks us through how to respond to this question, because the Bible teaches that God is both. We hope you’re encouraged by this podcast! If you have questions about our church or what it means to follow Jesus, we’d love to hear from you!
