PORTUGUESE PAT
2026/05/14
Episode 18: Patrick Casimiro (Portuguese Pat) BRB App: Walk To Unlock Apps (@berightbackapp) https://berightbackapp.com/ On today’s episode, we have a really special guest..someone who a lot of you know pieces of… but maybe not fully. My best friend, my partner, my roommate, the person I get to do everyday life with… Portuguese Pat himself. I share a lot of our life together online. The fun stuff, the trips, the house projects, the little moments, the highlight reel. But I really wanted this conversation to go a little deeper than that. The friendship part of a relationship. The growth. The timing. The choosing each other every day. The things that actually make a relationship work when nobody else is watching. So today we’re talking about how we met, our upbringings, what we’ve learned from each other, what it’s been like building a home and life together, and some fun rapid-fire questions at the end. Let's do it, let's talk!
My Own Magic
2024/01/31
Episode 17: Anna Kloots (@annakloots) Today’s interview is with Anna Kloots, a New York Times bestselling author whose book, My Own Magic, helped me through one of the most challenging years of my life. Rather than sharing all the things we are going to discuss, I want to leave it right here and have you listen for yourselves. It’s time, let’s talk. “Until the day came that the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” “My marriage ending to me was the worst outcome in my mind possible. Net-net it was not the worst outcome possible. The worst outcome possible would be if I to continue to give and break and bend until none of me is left and live a life forever where I am in a box and never be living the life that I should be living.” “You do not have to let anything slip because of any decision you make. It is always up to you what you are going to prioritize and what matters to you.” BEAM - Go to https://shopbeam.com/ to get 15% off all products with code TINE15
Sean Johnson, The Output King
2024/01/31
Episode 16: Sean Johnson (@seanjohn_33) It feels SO good to be back podcasting and not just leaving my friend's voice notes...and I can't wait for you to listen to today's episode with professional long driver (#5in the world) Sean Johnson, also known as SJ (to me only), and the self-proclaimed "Output King."  Since recording this podcast, SJ's popularity has skyrocketed, and they recently placed second in the World Long Drive Championship, falling short by only 1 yard. If you don't know what that means, you will learn on today's episode as we dive into Long Drive 101, his career in the MLB as a pitcher (including how he turned down a roster spot with the Chicago Cubs), his upbringing, love for wine, life goals and what makes SJ, SJ. This episode was so much fun to record, and I think you will get a kick out of how we first met… let's talk. BEAM - Go to https://shopbeam.com/ to get 15% off all products with code TINE15

I Got Laid Off.
2023/01/04
Welcome BACK to Talks with Tine! It’s been a minute since we last touched base.  After taking some time off podcasting, I started to think about how podcasts have become so perfectly curated, from the music to the sponsorships to the interviews, and decided to turn Talks with Tine into a “BeReal” podcast to ignite a change in making audio as authentic and vulnerable as possible. It’s easy to sound happy, well-spoken, and perfectly on cue when you can edit your voice to have no filler words, pauses, cries, sniffles, etc. That said…bring on the sniffles, the “likes,” the "umms," and the awkward pauses as I gather my thoughts. Today’s podcast was recorded on October 14th, 2022, and if you read the title of this episode, I’m sure you can guess the significance of that date... So much magic has happened since this recording, but I felt it was still necessary to share rock bottom as part 1 before sharing the silver lining as part 2 (coming later this month). *If you or anyone in your network has been laid off recently, please get in touch with me. I would love to be a resource, reference, or sounding board for the next move!

A Talk With Tine
2021/12/21
Episode 12: ME (@ChristineAbramo) Today’s episode features a Talk with Tine, just you and me. During this episode I reflect on the past year of podcasting and answer all of the questions sent in surrounding love (3:30), wedding planning (17:10), buying a home/remodeling (33:35), career advice (43:35), wellness (55:42), AND at the end..I share a big life update (1:06).  All in all, I’ve truly loved podcasting and the ability to connect with so many of you on a greater level. I never knew where launching this podcast would take me, but now I know that it is one of the most rewarding creative outlets I’ve ever had. When I hung up my spin shoes once and for all, I missed the feeling of community and having an impact. Talks with Tine has allowed me to reconnect with so many incredible and courageous friends and leaders during a time of world isolation.  Starting next year, I will be launching a Season 2 of Talks with Tine which will have a sole focus on empowering the boss women in my life and giving them a platform to share their stories. I can’t thank you enough for being a part of this journey.. but now it’s time to get personal..let’s talk. **Go Wildcats! Equilibria - Go to myeq.com to get 15% off all products with code TINE15

The Queen Of SUP
2021/08/04
Episode 10: Candice Appleby (@Applesteeze) "When you share your pain, it’s a pain halved. When you share a victory, it’s a victory doubled." "The most important thing about ____ (surfing) is that ____ (surfing) is not the most important thing.” Today, I have the absolute pleasure of talking with the Queen of SUP, Team USA Athlete, Founder of The Ocean Academy, SoCal native, Candice Appleby. In this episode, we talk about SUP (Stand Up Paddle), the ins and outs of competition, maneuvering through a male dominated sport, how mental and physical health are equally important, and why separating your worth from “the sport” can change your whole perspective on success. This episode could not be launching at a better time given the most recent Olympic conversations around what it takes to compete on the world’s greatest stage and all the pressures weighing you down as a professional competitor. Candice’s vulnerability and candor throughout this episode around mental fortitude is truly remarkable and eye opening as a bystander on the sidelines. I know that you’re going to enjoy this episode so let’s dive right in, let’s talk! If you or someone you know has a mental illness, is struggling emotionally, or has concerns about mental health or disordered eating, there are ways to get help. Psychic Says: Step Into Your Truth
2021/06/29
Episode 9: Caili Danieu (@Caili_Danieu) “Discovering more joy does not, save us from the inevitability of hardship and heartbreak. In fact, we may cry more easily, but we will laugh more easily too. Perhaps we are just more alive. Yet as we discover more joy, we can face suffering in a way that ennobles rather than embitters." - Archbishop Desmond Tutu "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; It's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." - Marianne Williamson (....Coach Carter)  On today’s talk, I get to reconnect with Caili Danieu, who is a Life Coach, Psychic Medium, and Intuitive Development Coach. In this episode, we talk about the importance of mental health, the difference between joy and happiness, and how we should never shrink ourselves to be accepted by others as being accepted doesn’t equate to being loved. During this episode, Caili shares how she first stepped into her truth as a Psychic Medium, she does a LIVE collective reading for everyone listening and also does an impromptu Tarot card pull for me personally which I know you are really going to enjoy. Games Gone Wild
2021/06/10
Episode 8: Brent Beck (@Grandpa.Becks.Games) "We wanted to create a game experience that wasn’t so much about the game, but instead the relationships that you would build while you’re playing the game." Today we have an amazing guest, Brent Beck who is the creator and founder of Grandpa Beck’s Games aka the games that make every game night a huge success. I haven’t had the honor of meeting Brent in person until today’s recording but have been a huge fan of his from the sidelines ever single I was first introduced to one of his games, Cover Your Assets which you will definitely learn more about on today’s episode. Today you are also going to hear Brent’s inspiring story that reminded me that there is never a dream too big to achieve. Let the games begin.. The Tides Are Showing, FAHERTY
2021/04/06
Episode 7: Kerry Faherty (@KerryDocherty) (@FahertyBrand) "I know what to do & I do it with ease. Ease is something that is not prioritized in our culture. We are so obsessed with doing, achieving, problem solving, fixing and going. You can do all of that but if you invite in ease, it just makes you feel more relaxed and content as you're navigating through your day."  On today’s episode, I had the pleasure of reconnecting with Kerry Docherty also known as Kerry Faherty, who shares her incredible journey to becoming one of 3 co-founders and the Chief Impact Officer of the beloved Faherty Brand. Today you hear about her upbringing, her work as a lawyer, how she launched her own meditation company and how all of these passions turned into co-founding such an impactful brand with not only her husband but also his twin brother. Build A Bigger Table
2021/03/02
Episode 6: Alyssa Castiglia (@alyssacastiglia) “Mentorship exists really naturally for men, but with women I like to use a metaphor. Say there are only two women sitting at a table; instead of building a bigger table, some women will fight over those two seats.”  "Anger is a poison that corrodes its container." - Mark Twain Today I’m joined by a childhood friend & Buffalo native, Alyssa Castiglia, who is taking the music industry by storm in NYC. On this episode, prepare to learn more about A&R (Artists and Repertoire), label management, and what it takes to truly pursue a lifelong passion. Alyssa is incredibly talented, filled with wisdom, and ready to be a mentor for anyone looking to enter the music industry. You will also hear about some of the killer artists Alyssa has signed to date - some of which may be the names behind your most streamed Spotify songs. Let’s Talk!
