On February 10th, 1999, around 4am, the body of 15 year old Ashley Ouellette was found in the middle of Pine Point Road in Scarborough, Maine. Pine Point Road, also known as Route 9, runs through the Scarborough Marsh between Dunstan Corner and Pine Point Beach, on Saco Bay. When she was found by a passing motorist, Ashley’s body was still warm.
