NEWSDESK: Concacaf Recap of FIFA World Cup 2026
2026/07/17
The boys are back from the World Cup and boy, do we have a lot to catch up on. Concacaf's six entrants in FIFA World Cup 2026 all had interesting stories and we're here to discuss. We start the recap and talk about Haiti returning to the world stage for the first time since 1974 (2:25), Panama's goalless tournament (5:28), and Curacao getting a famous goal in a historic debut drubbing (9:01). Then we move on to the three hosts, all losing in the Round of 16: mostly Alphonso Davies-less Canada (13:38), the drama around Folarin Balogun and the United States (27:32) and finally getting their "quinto partido," Mexico (41:29).
