Sweetness & Light is a brand new weekly comedy Podcast that takes an outrageous, absurd, yet compassionate look at the issues of the day. In addition we cover relationships, entertainment, and anything else that the hosts Eric “Sweetness” Mark and Justin “Light” Prust happen to have on their minds during the recording sessions. Eric and Justin met and became alumni of the world-renowned Second City Conservatory in Los Angeles. They have performed all over the world and continue to take grace in the all the blessings they have had. Eric is an actor and Entertainment Strategist who has worked with all the major studios, several broadcast networks, video game companies and digital distribution entities. He is also a voice over artist, stand-up comic, and film producer. Justin is a strategic consultant that specializes in removing teams barriers to success and releasing the true awesome of possibilities. He has worked with several of the major studios, defense industry, healthcare and is a father of 3! He is a surfer at heart, comedian, change agent and believes that life is meant to be lived.
