Amy Lima is an emerging UI UX designer with an outstanding portfolio. She went above and beyond in preparing for her portfolio while still in design bootcamps. She also showed off her personality unapologetically in her website and proposed innovative redesign to existing popular apps. Nithya Asokan is a UX designer at Amazon, who self-identify as a CX professional as well. We spoke to Nithya about her career path, discussed how she designed for emergencies and how CX affects businesses.
