What will work when everyone uses AI
2026/04/23
AI didn't kill LinkedIn lead gen - everyone using the same AI tools did.I filmed a 5-part series breaking down exactly what's changing, what's getting commoditized, and what actually works when everyone can generate outreach at scale. Here's what we cover:→ Why more automation is making YOU less visible→ What gets commoditized first (and how fast)→ Where human advantage is genuinely irreplaceable→ The framework top B2B teams are quietly shifting to→ How to build authority that works before your message even landsThis isn't another "use AI to send more messages" take. It's the opposite.
The LinkedIn Trust Curve
2026/02/06
We often talk about outreach mechanics — LinkedIn sequences, messaging frameworks, follow-ups, timing and automation. But most of that is surface level. What actually moves a buyer along their decision path isn’t outreach mechanics — it’s trust. On LinkedIn, where professional identity intersects with human behavior, trust isn’t earned in a single DM or post. Instead, it’s accumulated invisibly over time, through a series of meaningful touchpoints that shape buyers’ beliefs about you before they ever say “book a call.”In this video, I’ll break down what the research says about the number of touchpoints buyers engage with before a purchase, why they exist, and how you can structure your LinkedIn strategy to move prospects consciously — and subconsciously — along the LinkedIn Trust Curve. This is the ideal personal branding & lead generation strategy mix.

Connection Requests on LinkedIn - How to Master it
2021/06/07
All 5 tips are backed up by data and are from our experience of working with many clients.     Before we proceed -  a question to you: “Do you measure your acceptance rate?”  If not, just open up a google sheet and start filling in the info like how many requests you have sent and how many have actually accepted your request on LinkedIn.     Divide the two numbers and see your acceptance rate, really simple.   1. Don’t pitch   2. Don’t be generic or like everyone else  3. Be short and precise  4. Be creative  5. Use blank   Pro tip:  If you start measuring your acceptance rate and see that you are below 20%, maybe you should start tweaking things around or slow down a bit.   I mean if you are sending 5-10 requests per week, don’t even bother, but if you are serious about lead gen on LinkedIn and outreach, then you should pay close attention to that number.  Hope this is helpful.   Let me know in the comments what you think.  Particularly, what do you think about Tip N 5?   Weird?)  Stay tuned for more.  See you soon.

How to Overcome the Fear and Post on LinkedIn
2021/05/13
My question is: “Why haven't you started.”     If you are into LinkedIn marketing, they you need to post content on LinkedIn.   All of us have fears and this video will help you start posting on LinkedIn.   1.       Opinions  What will others think?  Let me give you a really short, but precise answer and open up a secret for you. No one cares. Trust me. No one will ever care what you do.  Just do it because it's good for you, it's good for your personal brand it's good for your business. That simple.    2.       No engagement  What if I post content and I get zero likes?  Well, this is a fear and I was actually having the same fear and issue as well, but I got a solution to that as well. Just call your family members or 2-3 of your friends who are on LinkedIn and say: "Hey, right now get on LinkedIn and just freaking like my post.”  That simple. So it will be not zero likes.    3.       Where to start If you are up for this challenge, right now, after this take a selfie or even without a selfie, make a text post. And in that post write: “Hey, I just watched this video and I am committing publicly that I'm going to be putting content on a daily basis or on a weekly basis for the next three or six months. In that post, make sure you tag me so 5,000 of my connections see that post: I engage with it and my network also engages with that. That way it will be a really good head start. If you are up for this challenge, I'm looking forward to getting tagged in one of your posts.
LinkedIn Automation: Should You Use Them?
2021/05/07
In this episode I talk about LinkedIn Automation tools and the question is: "Should you use them?"     Different people, different opinions...  My strong advice to you:  do not use LinkedIn automation tools.   And in the episode I give four reasons why you should not.    Check the audio for the details, but in short:   1.  LinkedIn automation is prohibited by LinkedIn.  So if you use tools, you have the risk of getting blocked.   2. With LinkedIn automation tools you will eventually connect with wrong people 50% of the time as LinkedIn's search results are not perfect.   3. Even the best tools out there have glitches:  they not always detects the name correctly if there are special characters in that person's name or, even worse, they don't detect the answers.   4.  You are losing control and potentially not seeing an interesting point on your prospect's profile which you could use later on.   What are the alternatives?   1.  Do it Yourself  2.  Hire a virtual assistant  3. Contract a lead gen agency.   Whatever you choose to do, you will have to invest: either time or money.   It is up to you.  Whatever you choose to do, I sincerely hope this episode was helpful and I wish you good luck!  Stay away from LinkedIn Automation tools: play safe.  P.S. Not mentioned in the episode, but 4. Hire an in-house employee.  This is the least cost-effective option, however.
LinkedIn Headline - 5 Tips on How to Write a Good LinkedIn Headline
2021/04/16
In this episode I give 5 tips on how to have a good LinkedIn Headline that draws attention.   Often we know that our LinkedIn headline is important, but not always sure what to write.  Also, what do we need to avoid in order not to have a “bad” LinkedIn profile?  Having a good LinkedIn headline does not only show us in the good light, but also increases our chances of having a higher acceptance rate for our connection requests.   What if I tell you that people will view or skip your profile because of your headline in search results?  If you want to generate leads on LinkedIn, having a good headline is part of the profile optimization process.    There are more things, of course.  Stay tuned for coming videos.
