After a long pause lets start off again, this time two recordings as one, ranting about Anger!

Feeling lost one afternoon with a bottle of wine, asking myself all the important questions, i found myself opening up an old box of memories. 

Six months have passed and here is a short update, life escape vacations escape.... 

In this episode, I decided to get a few things off my chest, centred around a couple of definitions of Alchemy, but more importantly recognising what is happening in the world, feeling chaotic and having an awareness. 

Connection, disconnection, and our own connection to self, are but a few of the topics discussed in this episode. I am joined by my good friend, confidant, overall "light shiner" Lily Vashnevsky. We have regular hour long talks where we cover all kinds of topics and this one we wanted to share. We realised the  topic of connection on the surface feels an easy one to grasp, but after this discussion we think we need a part 2!

After a bit of a break, I wanted to start off by talking through some reflections, musings and thoughts on internal change and moving onwards. There really is only one way to go....
