Description

My name is Cydelle Stewart and I used to be a Executive Assistant in the world of corporate and commercial employment. Over the past 27 years, I’ve gone from making instant coffee and performing traditional secretarial duties with old school typewriters, index card filing systems, switchboards, projectors, faxes, carbon copy paper and colleagues spewing cigarette smoke at their desks(!), to directing the infrastructure of online businesses via the virtual world of email, social media, slide presentations, analytics, memberships, video conferencing, cloud storage solutions, CRMs, content marketing and virtual soya vanilla chai lattes! It’s been a tremendous rollercoaster of evolution from in-person business support, to the remote Future of Work. A former VA, today, I’m an Online Business Operations Expert and the Founder of Virtual Assistant (VA) Agency Onit! Communications - with a small team, plus my own one-to-one clients. I’ll be coming to you every week - solo or with a guest - to share expert insights, useful resources and actionable tips galore. Virtual Duality exists to help you harness your existing expertise so you can transition into the online business world with ease, create a sustainable business model that attracts clients who feel like a dream, and juggle the duality of business owner and service provider.
