This episode has a trigger warning.  This episode I’ve recorded whilst having a bad day with my anxiety, so its unfiltered and rough around the edges.  I haven’t listened back to it properly so please be kind, some parts I feel like my voice started shaking so please be warned.  Im talking about my anxiety, my experiences, how I try and cope and trying to be as honest as possible.  I will be doing a follow up episode as I learnt more coping mechanisms!
