This episode we talk all about financing.  We discuss how Jason financed his Short Term Rentals and avenues available from Mike to finance his first STRs.  Then we give an overview of all the options you as the listener can explore when looking at financing options. 

This is episode one of the Expedition: Bnb podcast so naturally Jason and Mike start at the beginning. Part 1 of the podcast Jason and Mike introduce themselves and their unique backgrounds that got them to the points they are now. Jason having owning multiple properties and running seven airbnbs.  Mike being in real estate and starting other business'. We then talk about our "whys" the reasons why we want to start and grow our respective STR business. Part 2 expands on the topic of "why" for the listener. This part we explain the whys our listeners should have to start this business.  We also discuss the skills that will make for excellent hosts.  Overall in this episodes we try to start the Expedition by getting ourselves and the listeners in the right headspace to take this journey on.
