I say this is an introduction to an obsession because there's no movie on this planet that I've watched more than the third Jurassic film. It's definitely a condition. I love it. It's not the best in the franchise but I love it. From the incredible aviary sequence to the random dark humor from writers Alexander Payne and Jim Taylor, this film deserves another look and lots more respect.

As many of you know, JP3 had an interesting pre-production. From script issues to delays, there's a lot to discuss about what went into the making of Jurassic Park 3 before the cameras rolled. Sit back and relax as this episode is a reading of the Jurassic Park 3 draft, dated April 12, 2000. Written by Peter Buchman, this isn't the earliest script for the film, but this 50 page draft is extremely interesting. Lots of changes, including an ending that is significantly bigger than what we received in the final film.
