So the episode I uploaded earlier was actually recorded at the start of June! However because I made a mistake my lovely fiancé wanted me to re-record it... however I am stubborn and think it shows 'in the moment' so I am leaving it as it is! :p This week the weather is extremely hot- I've actually just had an email from my running club to say tonight's trail run is cancelled due to the heat- my fiancé and I went to Boot Camp for the first time last night (it was great, would definitely recommend and they have a deal on so that you get your first ten sessions for £10 -you have to use them within 8 weeks https://app.bcuk.uk/# but I think it's a great deal! Suits all ages and sizes :)  Funnily enough parkrun returns to the UK this Saturday (for adults, junior parkrun has been back for a while) and the forecast is rain all day! Shame as I am due to go to an outdoor gig- always the way!
