#005 - Dr Cristiana Pace, Founder & CEO at Enovation Consulting

Dr Cristiana Pace is the Founder and CEO of Enovation Consulting, a strategic sustainability consulting focusing on the motorsport sector which also delivers STEM project nationally and internationally.
Cristiana’s career as a motorsport engineer and manager spans 20 years. She was the first woman to work trackside alongside the FIA technical department in F1 as data analyst (2004-2009). In 2012 Cristiana focused on technology transfer and innovation, joining Williams Advanced Engineering. During those years at Williams she worked closely with the F1 management Team, writing the strategy for WAE and winning multimillion pounds projects including the supply of batteries to the FIA Formula E Championship—a project which Cristiana led between 2013 and 2015.
She also made key contributions to FIA’s safety legacy, consulting for the FIA Institute for Sustainability and Safety in Motor Sport from 2009 till 2015. In 2016 Cristiana wrote the strategy forthe wider deployment of safety devices in FIA championships aside acting as FIA Safety Delegate in the FIA Cross Country Rally championship.
Having pioneered sustainability and electrification in the strategy for WAE, in 2017 Cristiana moved on consulting for an environmental friendly motorsport championship measuring and reducing the environmental impact of existing technologies and increasing sustainability awareness across the motorsport sector.
In 2018 she founded Enovation Consulting Limited, a strategic sustainability consulting focusing on the motorsport sector which also delivers STEM project nationally and internationally.

Lewis Knight is the Programme Manager at Bioregional, an organisation to create better, more sustainable places to live, work and do business.
After joining Bioregional in 2013 Lewis worked on the UK's first Eco Town development, NW Bicester, helping to deliver its sustainability aspirations using the One Planet Living Framework. Lewis has helped to deliver a range of environmental projects across the wider town of Bicester and is a long-standing director of Bicester Green, a thriving reuse and sustainability centre.
Lewis has also helped to lead the delivery of One Planet Oxfordshire, a county-wide vision for a truly sustainable future and Oxfordshire Greentech, a business network for the low carbon future.

#001 - Tessa Clarke, Co-founder & CEO at OLIO

Tessa Clarke is the Co-founder and CEO at OLIO, a free app tackling the problem of food waste by connecting neighbours with each other, and volunteers with local businesses, so that surplus food can be given away, not thrown away.
OLIO has grown to over 2.7 million users in 5 years, and its impact has been widely recognised, most notably by the United Nations who highlighted OLIO as a "beacon” for the world, and by Vivatech who awarded OLIO "Next European Unicorn".
Prior to OLIO Tessa had a 15 year corporate career as a digital Managing Director in the media, retail and financial services sectors, and she met her co-founder Saasha whilst they were studying for their MBAs at Stanford University.
Tessa is passionate about the sharing economy as a solution for a sustainable world, and about ‘profit with purpose’ as the next business paradigm.
