Yes, I'm medicated, yes I have my tunes on in the background and discussing the horrible practice of modern day "Milling" of pre-rolled cannabis joints. Should be ashamed to even call it a joint, what's worse we consumers thinking you are getting FULL flower power, lol?  I have used 4 different weed dispensaries near me and I've brought this to the attendant attention and of coarse cant say much, job at stake, yet agree about the "fill" issue with pre rolls. That's why they cant give you a proper percentage, aka strength of joint.... because they don't know how much real flower is making into product?  I waisted lots of money and further agitated my lungs trying to find the right medicine stick to help with anxiety, pain and yes, comfort my lungs. Turned out non would, every damn pre roll joint I bought, had crap in it as a filler...? Its not fair, its unethical and a misrepresentation of a beautiful healing herb. I started breaking open my joints and found the reasons I was uncontrollably coughing, didn't make sense in spite of my COPD lung condition. Back in the day, we got crystal flower in the joint, not sticks and stones, lol Let me tell you younger generation, trending your selves into extinction, what your coughing on is not just flower, your smoking stick, stem, leaf, ect, ect, for real! have a look inside the pre roll once n awhile before you allow it too enter your respiratory track.   To be blunt ly honest "No pun intended" CBD oil is the best thing I have ever used for pain, anxiety, tummy issues, appetite, increased sexuality, creativity and yes good for positive laughter.  I have all but said ADIOS to big pharmaceuticals. Bit pricier oils are, yet will last you sooooo much longer, healthier, natural and doesn't destroy your lungs with STEM, STICKS N SHIT!  I can breath properly again......... I step back and start another journey into childhood days, when I had the last name of Cormier. 1980's, lol. More of a beginning point for further shows filled with relevant subject matter. I spent a lot of childhood growing up in Toronto Canada, there is were I met the best childhood friends. There was Azim Jaffer, Dave Carreroe,  Sung Tae, Shawn Haden, Daryl and Sidney Jeremia , Janis Haden, Dave Richard and all the others in the neighborhood. Each friend has a place in time coinciding with a changing home life. Yes, two same names "hawks" lol The Danforth, that was the dead zone, we didn't hang there much. Taylor creek was the best adventure zone as kids, as long you didn't stay out late, hike to far on the trail or end up on another group of kids turf! I was driving down the road and out of the blue  I wanted to vid my drive home. "Oh ya, podcast,  radio, lol. I was dropping off one of my sons after a Thanksgiving sleepover. Sleep overs, who says that anyway, lol. Today's brief stop in time. Little descriptions of town as I drive safely through Chemainu  and head up onto the highway. "I'm not polite about people not wanting too work, I've had two back surgeries and I worked right up till a week before surgery. Lower back surgery that has had me look at my carreer choices moving forward. Good reason too keep plugging away at my podcast! "Not a quitter!! Recorded live in Duncan BC Canada.  Here is a mushy release today, raw and live at the moment, about the love I have for my Theresa, she is coercing through my veins every millisecond, with every breath I feel er love.  Almost 2 years later and still our love beating stronger than ever.  Its no secret our love and we flaunt it proudly, we have achieved more in our near two years on relationship challenges and goals than either of us could have ever imagined. We are one together, yet having enough difference and respect for that individuality.  That my friends is what makes our relationship sexy, is knowing we have a life together, its peaceful, meaningful and has roots, spreading in all directions. We have allowed our love to grow and be nurtured, not rushed and based on self motivation. I only wish for everyone to love themselves entirely before you try and love someone else. FYI, I'm walking around the house talking on my recorder. I jumped right off the silly wagon and started into serious today. Silly will always return, hang on. I talk about the beginning, when I left home, way back when. I remember the screams, the breaking glass, the smashing of my dreams. I grabbed my bro and sat him on the edge of the bed, close your ears I said, we shook in the night, fear and fright. I'm very happy my  bro was young and only the good times fill his soul. His teens was mostly living with Mom, so he never got to witness when two parents collided. I love my bro and I should never left without him, back all them years ago...different times, different dynamics, so much, too much for young minds to comprehend. I'm honestly still healing a bit by sharing and learning about life, myself,  what makes the heart tic, what makes us do what we do. I'm a survivor and this story has just begun.
