Sometimes we as humans think that we know the best way to do this thing called life, and sometimes the way we decided that we want to do life excludes God. When we find ourselves in that position we are in a place where we have to assume the risk of whatever happens. Maturing is realizing that inside the will of God is His protection however, outside of His will is where he allows certain unfavorable, unwanted, or unwelcome events to happen to us. We've all been there, and thankfully God gives us the space, and grace to repent and be made new in Him! I pray that this episode blessed you, I pray this opens your eyes to some situations that you have been in, as well as allowed you to make the decision to no longer assume the risk! This episode may be a little all over the place, because I was so nervous however, these are the events that lead to me getting to where I am right now. In this first episode I discuss my upbringing, what caused me to leave the church, and what caused me to return. I never had problem admitting that I needed God the problem was tat I wanted him to do things for me although I wasn't living for Him. I may have some scars from the things that I've been through, but I thank God that He's healing me daily.
