Hey hey everyone! My name is Sean, and I am a type 1 diabetic. I was diagnosed out of the blue a few weeks before the world went into COVID-19 lockdown. It has since been a weird and wild ride, and I am still learning and dealing with it one day at a time.  My hope for this podcast is that it will be a therapeutic way for me to vent, share stories, perhaps connect with some people and make new friends, and ultimately let others know that they are not alone in their struggle.   This first episode is going into my diagnosis and how I got to where I am today.
