Smilies, something big is coming… Pass Around the Smile is so much more than a podcast, it’s a whole world. Be the first to step inside https://passaroundthesmile.com/pages/early-access This one is all about asking for what you want, owning your power, and creating success on your own terms. Today I’m joined by the incredible Kemi Nekvapil, a guest I’ve wanted on the podcast for a very long time. Kemi is one of Australia’s leading credentialed coaches for female executives and entrepreneurs, an international speaker, a certified Dare to Lead facilitator who trained with Brené Brown, and the author of three books: The Gift of Asking, Power, and Grounded Success. She’s also a mum, a wife, an endurance athlete and a flower farmer. I get really honest in this one about the guilt I feel as a new mum, and the moments I still give my power away. Kemi unlocked so much journaling for me, especially when she talked about resentment being a sign that we’ve stepped over our own boundaries.  I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, and I know you will be too. In this episode, we talk about: ~ Being worthy of the ask, even when you don’t get what you asked for ~ The small, everyday moments where we give our power away (yes, the coffee order comes up again!) ~ Why resentment is such a powerful radar for our boundaries ~ Intuition vs fear, and how they sit together in an “uncomfortable marriage” ~ Living in seasons, and why it’s okay to feel winter when you’re in winter ~ Mum guilt, mummy time, and modelling self-care for our kids ~ Why we chase people who don’t choose us, and the quote that changed everything: choose those that choose you ~ When something small, like a follow back on social media, hurts more than we think it should ~ Kemi’s relationship with ambition, commitment and saying no to almost everything else ~ Why no one else can tell you how to live your life ~ A rapid fire you’ll love, including what Kemi's view of success really is. Smilies, something big is coming… Pass Around the Smile is so much more than a podcast, it's a whole world. Be the first to step inside https://passaroundthesmile.com/pages/subscribe This one is all about self-love and manifestation, and why you receive what you believe you are worth. Today's episode is a solo one. You know how with manifestation we often talk about "what you believe, you receive"? Well, I feel like it goes deeper than that. The universe doesn't actually respond to what you want, it responds to what you believe you are worth. So if you've been manifesting something for a long time and it just isn't coming to fruition, maybe it's because deep down you don't actually believe you are worthy. I get really honest about where I'm still working on this myself. That includes the guilt I know I'd feel if all my dreams came true tomorrow, and the time I felt the most unworthy I've ever felt, back in the acting industry, and the decision that turned it all around (and how that's when Pass Around the Smile really began to take off). In this episode, I talk about:~ The little "deserving test" you can do right now (what would your inner voice say if all your dreams came true tomorrow?)~ The coffee order study, and why the small moments add up to our overall self-worth~ Self-rejection and the quiet ways we give our worth away: people pleasing, undercharging, brushing off compliments and settling in relationships that don't lift us up~ Why growth comes from a place of love, not lack, and why self-acceptance has to come before self-improvement~ Why your inner dialogue is your biggest affirmation~ How to act as if you are already worthy~ A journaling prompt to take with you: I am worthy of… I deserve… Thank you to Little Shop of Happiness for sponsoring this episode! Today I’m joined by Revie Jane ~ mum, founder, fitness coach and one of those people who somehow manages to be wildly motivating while also being completely real about the messy bits of life. Revie opens up about a part of her story that she hasn’t always found easy to share ~ growing up with an abusive father, a mother who was emotionally unavailable and later physically absent, and spending much of her teenage years in survival mode. She talks about feeling fundamentally unlovable, living with hypervigilance, and believing that the life she had been handed was simply the life she was destined to have. But then something started to shift. From being taken in by her friend’s family and experiencing a kind of love and safety she hadn’t known before, to discovering fitness and realising she could continually prove her own limiting beliefs wrong, Revie shares how she began to rewrite the story she had been telling herself. We talk about the belief that “I am not what has happened to me. I am who I choose to become,” and how that idea has shaped so much of the life she has created. We also get into: ✨ How Revie learned that she was lovable after spending years believing she wasn’t ✨ The people who showed her that love could be safe, consistent and unconditional ✨ How fitness became a way of rebuilding her self-confidence and changing the narrative in her head ✨ Why she believes we sometimes have to be a little “delusional” about what is possible for our lives ✨ Intuition, trusting your gut and knowing when an opportunity simply isn’t aligned ✨ The pressure of social media and why even confident, successful people still struggle with comparison and self-doubt ✨ The reality of building a successful business ~ and why bigger doesn’t always mean better ✨ How Revie learned that more money, more staff and a bigger business didn’t necessarily equal more happiness ✨ Why peace and contentment might be more important goals than constantly chasing the next thing ✨ Intrusive thoughts, anxiety and the importance of not letting your thoughts dictate your life ✨ The grounding techniques that help Revie when her mind gets loud This conversation is vulnerable, honest, funny and ultimately so full of hope. Because sometimes the life you’ve been given can make you believe that certain things simply aren’t meant for you. But your dream life doesn’t belong to someone else, it belongs to you.  Content note: This episode includes discussion of childhood abuse, neglect, suicidal thoughts and intrusive thoughts. Smilies, something big is coming… Pass Around the Smile is so much more than a podcast, it's a whole world. Be the first to step inside https://passaroundthesmile.com/pages/subscribe Today's episode is such a special one! I'm joined by the incredible Grace Miller, who quite literally got paid as an actual job to fail. Grace was the Head of Failure and Experimentation at Steven Bartlett's Flight Story, and she joined the team back in 2022 when The Diary of a CEO had just 100,000 YouTube subscribers, riding the wave all the way to tens of millions and building an entire department around the idea that failing on purpose is actually the fastest way to grow. We talk about her wild, subconscious manifestation story of landing her dream role in one single week, why she has never once felt comparison or self-doubt, and how she built psychological safety into a company culture so people actually felt safe to try. We chat about: ~ How Grace subconsciously manifested her job at Diary of a CEO before she even knew it was possible ~ Why she has never experienced comparison or self-doubt, and how she reframed other people's success as their journey, not a measure of her own ~ What it actually means to run a "Failure and Experimentation" department, and how psychological safety changes everything ~ Her Red Bull fridge manifestation story (you have to hear this one) ~ Why undeniable optimism, not the absence of fear, is what gets you there ~ What she'd say to anyone sitting on an idea but too scared to take action If you've ever felt like your dreams are too far away, or that failure is something to hide rather than share, this episode is going to remind you that it doesn't have to take as long as you think, and it definitely doesn't have to be perfect. Smilies, something big is coming… Pass Around the Smile is so much more than a podcast, it's a whole world. Be the first to step inside https://passaroundthesmile.com/pages/subscribe This one is all about the last four months of the year, and why we do not have to wait for January to start creating change. Today's episode is a solo one, and I've done my journaling, my research and a whole lot of thinking to bring you five powerful ways to change your life before the year is done. September is here, summer is coming, Christmas is on the way, and I want us to use this next stretch of the year so that when we sit down with our journals between Christmas and New Year, we are so proud of how far we've come. I get really honest about where I'm at with all of this myself, including the FitSpo couple training mornings Luke and I have just started (completely out of my comfort zone), and the Australia-wide tour I wrote down as a goal for six years before I finally did it this year. In this episode, I talk about: ~ Why the last few months of the year matter just as much as January 1st ~ The five powerful ways to change your life before the year is done. (They aren't your usual, get up earlier, make your bed etc. We get deeper & more woo-woo than this! ~ The story of the impulse that became Pass Around the Smile, and why I almost didn't listen to it ~ The reticular activating system (RAS) and how to prove to your brain that the life you want is already yours ~ My slightly unhinged driveway manifestation ritual (you'll understand when you hear it) ~ Why you don't need to fake positivity, you just need to stop repeating the old story ~ Three tasks to take with you this week: notice the signs, leave space to be surprised, and make one decision your future self would thank you for Thank you to Brittany from With Purpose Fitness and Confidence Coaching for sponsoring this episode! Smilies, something big is coming… Pass Around the Smile is so much more than a podcast, it's a whole world. Be the first to step inside https://passaroundthesmile.com/pages/subscribe Kristina Karlsson is the founder of global brand kikki.K and now the founder of Dream Life, where she inspires millions around the world to dream big and take action. After experiencing both incredible success and heartbreaking challenges, she now shares her journey to help others create a life aligned with their purpose and dreams. Kristina was one of my live guests at my Sydney show, and the conversation we had on that stage stayed with me long after it ended. I knew I wanted to bring her back and share her with the whole world of Smilies, because her story deserves so much more room than one live moment allows. In this episode, we go right back to the beginning, to the moment Kristina first wrote her dream down on paper, and what that imagined life actually looked like before any of it was real. We talk about what it felt like to watch that dream grow into kikki.K, a brand that touched millions of people globally, and whether living inside it matched what she'd once pictured, or surprised her in ways she wasn't expecting. We don't shy away from the harder parts either. Kristina opens up about the moment things started to shift behind the scenes, and the heartbreak of eventually parting ways with the brand she built from nothing. It's a conversation about identity as much as it is about business. Who am I without this? is a question so many of us fear asking, and Kristina walks us through what she rediscovered, and what she found for the very first time, once the title and the brand were no longer hers to hold. Now, with Dream Life, Kristina is back in the version of success that actually feels like her, and this conversation is a gentle reminder that falling apart isn't the end of the dream. Smilies, something big is coming… Pass Around the Smile is so much more than a podcast, it's a whole world. Be the first to step inside https://passaroundthesmile.com/pages/subscribe Today's episode is all about flipping the script on fear. I'm sharing some very real, very ridiculous examples from my own life, including the wild stories I convinced myself were true in the lead up to my tour, and the moment I nearly played small before my biggest sale ever, of what happens when we stop rehearsing worst case scenarios and start getting delusional about the best ones. We talk about the difference between being "realistic" and actually just being scared, why manifestation is supposed to be fun (not forced), and the sale story where I had to get honest with myself, and even leaned on Claude for a confidence boost, before I could set a goal I actually believed in. I also get into why gratitude is the step so many of us skip in manifestation, and what happened when I forgot to sit in it. There are three journal prompts at the end to take with you, because this one is best when you actually sit with it, not just listen and move on. 1. Where have I recently undersold, undercharged, or undersized what I am capable of? 2. What would it look like if I let this be easy instead of expecting and then pushing through struggle? 3. What is the most delusional good outcome I can imagine for myself? And what is stopping me from writing it down or speaking it out loud? In this week's episode, I'm joined by the beautiful Sheriece. Energy healer, Reiki practitioner and one of the most compassionate women I know. Together, we dive into the fascinating world of chakras and energy centres, exploring what they are, what they can reveal about your emotions, limiting beliefs and patterns, and how understanding them can help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. I also share my own experience after having an energy healing session with Sheriece. We unpack the areas where my energy felt stagnant, what those blockages represented, and why simply acknowledging them has already left me feeling lighter, more aware and genuinely excited for what's to come. We chat about:✨ What the seven chakras are and what each one represents.✨ How your body and energy can communicate what's really going on beneath the surface.✨ Reiki and energy healing, and what to expect in a session.✨ How stagnant energy can influence your confidence, self-worth, relationships and even your ability to manifest.✨ Why so many limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns can be linked to your energy centres.✨ Simple ways to begin reconnecting with yourself and accessing your own inner wisdom. If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected or simply curious about energy healing, I think you're going to love this conversation. How many times has fear convinced you that now isn't the right time, that you're not ready, or that you'll probably fail anyway? In this solo episode, we're diving into the difference between fear and intuition, how to tell them apart, and why learning to trust yourself could completely change the direction of your life. I share two very personal stories. One where fear became so loud it almost led me to make the wrong decision about creating a brand new card deck, and another where the Universe presented an exciting opportunity that required me to act quickly, trust myself and leap before overthinking took over. We'll chat about:✨ How to recognise the difference between fear and intuition.✨ Why we get stuck in "What if I'm wrong?", "What if I fail?" and "What if I get rejected?"✨ Why opportunities don't always arrive slowly... sometimes they come fast, and it's up to us to say yes.✨ Why failing isn't something to fear.✨ Three things that disconnect us from our intuition.✨ Three ways we unintentionally ignore our intuition in friendships and relationships. One of my favourite reminders from this episode:"Compassion for someone else should never require abandoning yourself." To finish, we add a little bit of magic, because that's how we like to do things at Pass Around the Smile hehehe. You'll choose between a shell, flower or dandelion and I'll pull an oracle message from my Positive Guidance Cards, giving you the chance to test your own intuition before revealing your message. Smilies, something big is coming… Pass Around the Smile is so much more than a podcast, it's a whole world. Be the first to step inside https://passaroundthesmile.com/pages/subscribe In today’s episode, I wrap up my entire tour experience ~ all the shows, all the moments, all the feelings that came with it. OH MY GOSH, I did it - it was incredible, my Smilies it was so incredible to meet you, the energy at each show was electric! It was honestly just all amazing! Thank you for all the support, its been such a long journey that you all have been on the ride for, and what a ride it was!  I share what the lead-up to the tour was really like for me, emotionally and mentally, and how much was going on behind the scenes that I didn’t always show. A big part of this episode focuses on the Gold Coast show, where I really felt myself spiralling in real time. Allowing moments of self doubt and insecurity wash over me about things I couldn’t control. It pulled me out of presence and into my head in a way I didn’t fully expect. I also open up about forgetting parts of the show and the pressure I put on myself in those moments. It was a real lesson in how easy it is to turn on yourself when things don’t feel perfect. But I also talk about the shift I had to make ~ choosing to come back to myself, to the room, and to the reminder that no one knows the “perfect” version of the show except me. It became about not letting self-sabotage take over, and learning to anchor back into what was actually happening in front of me. Across the tour as a whole, there were so many highs, so many learning moments, and so much growth I didn’t fully realise until now. This episode is proudly sponsored by My Jewellery Shop, and also marks our partnership sponsorship for the tour. Special thanks to Sarah Rachel Makeup for my gorgeous makeup and hair for the Gold Coast show ~ she was incredible. I also chat about the exciting plans I have for the podcast in the second half of this year… there is so much magic coming ✨ Then, we let the oracle cards take the lead for this episode and they knew EXACTLY what we needed to hear. The cards we pulled: Be Fearlessly You - It's time to become fearlessly you. This is the most powerful step you can take toward living your best life. Let It Out - You feelings need to be felt, acknowledged and talked about with a trusted person or professional. A positive mindset isn't always achievable. Believe - I believe that I am worthy and deserving of all the good that is coming my way. Thank you for waves of prosperity, I am ready. Smilies, something big is coming… Pass Around the Smile is so much more than a podcast, it's a whole world. Be the first to step inside https://passaroundthesmile.com/pages/subscribe In this episode, I’m opening up about a month where things didn’t quite go to plan. I’ve experienced rejection, opportunities falling apart, and moments where I could have easily slipped into doubt. But instead of seeing these moments as things going wrong, I’ve been asking a very different question… What if this is happening for me? What if the right person is about to appear? What if a better opportunity is on its way? What if this moment of resistance is actually an invitation to expand? We dive into the power of reframing the challenges in our lives and how the energy we bring to our dreams can either push them away… or magnetise them toward us. I also talk about: ✨ Where resistance might be showing up in your life ~ and how to shift your perspective ✨ Why the energy of desperation repels what we want (and how to play a little “hard to get” with your dreams) ✨ Why we shouldn’t chase our dreams just to feel something ~ we need to embody the feeling first ✨ The difference between a higher power and your higher self ✨ How expanding your life sends a powerful signal to the universe that you’re ready for more ✨ And I share the oracle cards I pulled for the year and how they’re already unfolding in the most magical ways If things haven’t been going the way you hoped lately, this episode is here to remind you that you still get to choose your story. Let the magic begin. Cleo xx Visit Pass Around the Smile here! Join my Facebook community group here!
