This is a follow up discussion from our initial interview with the company that aired June 24th, 2024: https://youtu.be/QU174KOAnyA?si=dnVLI5ajilPRExaX
Mama’s Creations, Inc. is a food business that seeks to be a “one-stop-shop” deli supplier. The company originally started selling a single product, Italian meatballs, but have since grown their product portfolio into other Italian cuisine along with salads, sandwiches, olives, soups, pizza and even some initial items in Asian cuisine. Their primary distribution channel is grocery and club. They have a nascent online presence and are very early in making in-roads in the convenience store channel.
The business was an operational turnaround with the arrival of CEO Adam Michaels CFO Anthony Gruber in September of 2022. During the past three years, management has improved operations, profitability, and added resources in operations, sales and marketing. The company has a vision of becoming $1 billion business that “owns” the fresh deli space, through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. They have room to grow within the deli space, as they continue to build out their product portfolio. In addition, while they have a nice customer list including Costco, Sam's Club, Publix, Aldi, Albertsons, BJ’s and others, there remains room to penetrate even larger customers such as Walmart, Target, and Kroger, with an opportunity in convenience as well. https://mamascreations.com

Sanara MedTech (SMTI) – A Profitable 90%+ Gross Margin Surgical Products Business
2025/12/12
In this business breakdowns, Ian Cassel and Chris Plahm sit down with Sanara MedTech (SMTI) CEO Seth Yon and CFO Elizabeth Tayler. This MicroCap Business Breakdowns discussion took place live on December 11th, 2025, on the MicroCapClub Community. https://microcapclub.com/join-now/
Sanara is a profitable, growing, 90%+ gross margin small-cap med-tech company trading at 1/2 of peer group multiple. The surgical business is on a path toward 20% growth or roughly $125 million in revenue and around $25 million in EBITDA in 2026, representing a multiple today of 1.75x EV/Sales and 8.8x EV/EBITDA. Peer med-tech companies with similar growth and margin characteristics typically trade at 3- 6x sales and in the low-teens to high-teens on EBITDA. The shutdown of THP (discontinued operations) in late 2025, will make the financials much cleaner and easier for investors to see and model through 2026 and beyond. The setup is in place for a meaningful re-rating along with operational progress as the story becomes purely surgical and operating leverage continues to show through. https://sanaramedtech.com

Hydreight Technologies is a 50-state mobile healthcare and telemedicine company and one of the fastest-growing in North America. It has already onboarded 3,000+ nurses, with significant improvement in new business partner sign-ups expected going forward.
Beyond its legacy verticals, NURS’s newly launched D2C VSDHOne platform is expected to geometrically scale recurring-type revenues beginning in 3Q25. Already ahead of schedule, the platform has sold 400+ licenses, targeting 1,000 by year-end. Existing partners are already generating more than 100k monthly orders, with the pipeline being enough to hit the 1.3mm+ full-year order target, even before factoring in its expanding catalog of recurring medications and new partnerships not yet included in guidance. Hydreight now holds its strongest cash position in its history and is fully funded to pursue bold strategic moves if needed. https://hydreight.com
