You Don't Get Over Someone. You Learn to Live Without Them
2026/10/09
What’s the quickest way to get over someone you once loved? My answer might disappoint you. You don’t. At least, not in the way most people imagine. We spend so much time trying to forget people who hurt us. We distract ourselves, look for someone new, bury ourselves in work, or convince ourselves that we’ve moved on. But memories don’t disappear simply because we no longer want to feel them. I’ve learned this through heartbreaks of my own, through relationships that ended, through disappointments I never expected, and through pain I once thought I would never escape. And somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to defeat pain. I started listening to it. In this episode of Seduction Ed, I explore why emotional pain is not necessarily something we should fight, why accepting a wound can be more powerful than pretending it doesn’t exist, and why the people who once mattered to us can remain part of our story without controlling its future. I talk about the mistakes I’ve made, the red flags I’ve ignored, the dangers of loving blindly, and the uncomfortable realization that sometimes we suffer more because we refuse to accept what has already happened. A scar is not proof that you’re still wounded. It’s proof that something happened, and you survived it. This isn’t a formula for forgetting someone in thirty days. It’s a reflection on learning to respect pain without allowing it to become your identity. Because moving forward doesn’t require erasing the past. It requires accepting that the past is no longer where you live. Seduction Ed with Keu ReyesSeduction Education Thanks for reading SeductionEd! Never Let Her Disrespect You: Chris Norris on Marriage, Divorce & Starting Over
2026/09/13
Sometimes the relationship ends long before anybody leaves. The affection changes. Sex disappears. Respect starts leaking out through little moments. You stop arguing about things because arguing takes more energy than surrendering them. Eventually you become so accustomed to the temperature of the room that you forget you’re cold. Then one day you look backward and wonder how the hell you didn’t see it. That is essentially where this conversation with Chris Norris of Old Man Gang begins. Chris had an old vacation video of himself reaching toward his wife for a little affection before jumping into the water. She pulled away and stayed focused on her phone. Nothing dramatic. That’s precisely why it matters. Years later, after their separation, Chris watched the clip again and saw an entirely different relationship hiding inside it. He posted his reaction online. Millions of views followed. More importantly, men started flooding his messages saying some version of the same thing: Bro. This is my life. And that interests me much more than the viral video. Because how many relationships don’t collapse in some spectacular explosion? They erode. A little less affection. A little more resentment. Another compromise. Another thing you don’t say because you don’t feel like fighting tonight. Eventually two people can become remarkably efficient at maintaining the infrastructure of a relationship that emotionally stopped existing years earlier. Chris and I get into that. We talk about marriage, respect, infidelity, sex, validation, fatherhood, divorce, dating after separation, getting older, and the strange experience of discovering that somewhere inside a long relationship you may have edited yourself so many times that you no longer remember the original manuscript. Chris says something during the conversation that stayed with me: Sometimes you’re so busy hiding the real version of yourself because your partner only knows this other person that eventually you don’t even know who you are. That’s bigger than marriage. How much of ourselves do we trade for peace? And when does compromise quietly become disappearance? Chris is candid about his own mistakes too. He doesn’t present himself as the innocent husband victimized by some evil woman. He talks about cheating earlier in the relationship, the damage he caused, the guilt that followed, the things he tolerated later, and the complicated mathematics men sometimes perform when deciding whether they have suffered enough to compensate for what they once did wrong. I understood that part perhaps more than I wanted to. I’ve had my own habit of moving from one relationship into another before completely understanding the previous one. New woman. New stimulation. New story. Same author. Eventually you have to entertain the uncomfortable possibility that if every road keeps arriving at approximately the same destination, perhaps the map deserves inspection. So this conversation became something other than dating advice. It became two men asking what happens after the relationship you thought would last doesn’t. Who are you without it? What did you tolerate? What did you cause? What did you learn? And perhaps most importantly: What are you unwilling to become again? Chris and his partner Greg created Old Man Gang around a deceptively good idea: getting older doesn’t mean you’re finished. Maybe you’re finally experienced enough to begin properly. I like that. Because starting over at 40 or 50 is not starting from zero. You arrive carrying mistakes, children, memories, scars, responsibilities, better instincts, worse knees, and hopefully enough self-awareness to stop confusing repetition with destiny. We talk about all of it. No pickup lines. No $59 PDF explaining how to become an alpha male by Thursday. Just two men trying to understand relationships after actually surviving some. That feels considerably more useful to me. Your Problem Isn’t Porn: What’s Really Killing Your Attraction
2026/08/27
Your Problem Isn’t Pornography What if pornography isn’t actually the problem? That was the premise clinical hypnotherapist Nelson Whiting brought into SeductionEd, and I liked it immediately because I have very little interest in spending an hour telling grown men that watching too much porn might be bad for them. We know. The more interesting question is why you keep doing something after deciding you no longer want to do it. Because at that point, pornography becomes almost secondary. Nelson’s argument is that compulsive pornography use is often doing a job. Maybe it regulates anxiety. Maybe it interrupts loneliness. Maybe it anesthetizes grief. Maybe it provides stimulation when ordinary life feels flat. Maybe it gives a man five minutes in which he does not have to be himself. Whatever the reason, the behavior survives because somewhere inside the machinery, it remains useful. That idea interests me far beyond pornography. We have a tendency to declare war on our symptoms. Stop drinking. Stop texting her. Stop watching porn. Stop eating garbage. Stop checking Instagram. Stop sleeping with people you do not even particularly like. Then Thursday comes around and apparently the revolution has been postponed. Nelson approaches the problem differently. Instead of only asking how to eliminate the behavior, he wants to know what the behavior is accomplishing. That is a much more dangerous question. Because sometimes the habit you hate is solving a problem you have refused to look at. Porn Is a Very Strange Sexual Teacher I started thinking about pornography through the lens of seduction. A man today can see more naked women before breakfast than some of his ancestors saw during their entire lives. Think about how bizarre that is. Hundreds of bodies. Hundreds of scenarios. Endless novelty. Almost no effort. No introduction. No rejection. No wondering whether she likes you. No awkward silence. No scent. No touch. No nervousness. No possibility that you lean in at exactly the wrong moment and spend the drive home conducting a federal investigation into what happened. Sexual stimulation without the inconvenient presence of another human being. Efficient. Maybe catastrophically efficient. Because actual seduction is built partly from inefficiency. There is distance between wanting and having. There is uncertainty. Imagination. Anticipation. Risk. Sometimes a look across a room contains more electricity than nudity because the mind has somewhere to go. Pornography eliminates much of that distance. Click. Next. Click. Next. The question Nelson and I kept circling was what happens when the nervous system becomes accustomed to that arrangement. Not simply whether pornography is morally good or bad. That conversation gets boring quickly. I am more interested in whether artificial abundance changes our capacity to experience natural scarcity. Whether constant stimulation changes magnetism. Whether a man can become extraordinarily practiced at sexual arousal while becoming strangely disconnected from actual intimacy. Attraction Is Not Just What You Want SeductionEd began as an exploration of how men become better at attraction. The longer I work on it, the less convinced I am that attraction begins with women. There is another question underneath it: What controls you? We talk constantly about becoming magnetic. Better body. Better clothes. Better conversation. More money. More confidence. More presence. All useful. But magnetism has an internal dimension that is harder to photograph. A man who cannot tolerate boredom is being controlled. A man who cannot tolerate rejection is being controlled. A man who needs constant validation from women is being controlled. A man who has decided he does not want pornography in his life but repeatedly returns to it is, at least in those moments, being controlled. That does not make him weak or immoral. It makes the mechanism worth studying. Because freedom is not simply having access to everything you want. Sometimes freedom is discovering that you can want something and still choose. That may be one of the least glamorous definitions of power I have ever written. It may also be one of the more useful ones. Then We Got Into Hypnosis Nelson is a clinical hypnotherapist, which naturally means we eventually had to discuss hypnosis. Unfortunately, nobody became a chicken. The actual subject is considerably more interesting. Nelson works with subconscious associations, beliefs, emotional patterns, and the experiences that can sit underneath compulsive behavior. His premise is straightforward: if pornography is functioning as an answer, removing the answer without discovering the question may leave you fighting yourself indefinitely. You stop the behavior. The need remains. Eventually the need finds another door. This is where our conversation moved beyond pornography into dopamine, masturbation, shame, religion, relationships, sexual morality, intimacy, objectification, and the strange negotiations people make with their own appetites. I wanted to keep the masturbation question separate from pornography because people casually fuse the two as though they are psychologically identical. I am not convinced they are. Neither was the conversation interested in turning sexuality itself into pathology. That distinction matters to me. SeductionEd should never become a monastery disguised as a podcast. Sex is beautiful. Desire is useful. Lust can be magnificent. The question is not whether you possess appetite. The question is whether your appetite possesses you. Shame Is a Terrible Therapist Religion inevitably entered the conversation because pornography and shame have been roommates for a very long time. There is a peculiar loop that can happen here. A person watches pornography. Feels ashamed. Uses pornography later to escape uncomfortable feelings. Feels ashamed about using pornography to escape the shame partially created by pornography. The snake begins eating its own tail and eventually launches a podcast. Nelson’s approach is much more interested in understanding the underlying association than humiliating the person carrying it. I think that matters. Shame can suppress behavior. Understanding can change its necessity. Those are not the same achievement. And if someone genuinely wants pornography out of his life, I suspect the more useful question is not: “What is wrong with me?” It is: “What am I getting here that I have not learned to give myself somewhere else?” That question has teeth. The Seduction Question Underneath All of This I do not think pornography automatically destroys a man’s ability to attract women. Reality is rarely kind enough to be that simple. But I do think there is something worth investigating about the relationship between artificial stimulation and human magnetism. Seduction requires presence. Another person is unpredictable. She does not arrive optimized to your preferences. She has moods and contradictions and desires of her own. She may want you. She may not. She may want you Tuesday and find you unbearable Thursday. Welcome to Earth. Real intimacy requires us to remain present inside uncertainty. Pornography requires almost none. That difference fascinates me. Because perhaps some of what men need to recover is not simply sensitivity to sex. Maybe it is sensitivity to people. The microexpressions. The tension. The hesitation. The smell of someone’s neck. The conversation that goes somewhere neither person expected. The terrifying little moment when you realize you actually care what happens next. Pornography can simulate sexuality remarkably well. It cannot simulate consequence. And consequence may be part of what makes intimacy matter. Nelson Has Something for You Nelson offered the SeductionEd audience a free copy of his e-book, Your Problem Isn’t Pornography. It also includes access to a free 30-minute training on beginning to redirect the subconscious mind away from unwanted thoughts and feelings. Download Nelson Whiting’s free e-book and training I like that he offered it because it allows anyone who recognizes themselves somewhere in this conversation to go further than simply listening to us talk. And that brings me back to where I started. I don’t think the most interesting question is whether pornography is good or bad. Good and bad are sometimes intellectually lazy destinations. I want to know what it does. What it replaces. What it trains. What it gives you. What it takes. And whether the man emerging from that exchange is becoming more or less capable of experiencing the kind of attraction, intimacy, sexuality, and life he actually wants. Because becoming seductive is not simply learning how to affect someone else’s nervous system. Eventually you have to understand your own. Are You Chasing Women... or Running From Yourself?
2026/08/20
Welcome to SeductionEd, where we explore the psychology of attraction, masculine growth, relationships, and the deeper forces that shape human behavior. In this episode, Keu Reyes shares a personal realization that shifted the way he thinks about dating, attention, and emotional healing. What began as a conversation about texting women turned into something much deeper: the possibility that constantly seeking validation from others can become a distraction from confronting ourselves. Rather than focusing on pickup techniques or manipulation, this episode explores authenticity, self-awareness, and the uncomfortable work of becoming emotionally honest. In this episode: * Why attention from women can become an emotional distraction * The difference between attraction and validation * How busyness, work, and constant activity can hide unresolved pain * Why learning to be alone is different from being emotionally present with yourself * The importance of recognizing automatic behaviors before they control your life * How self-honesty becomes the foundation for healthier relationships * Why real confidence begins with healing, not performance If you’ve ever wondered why certain dating patterns keep repeating, or why external validation never seems to satisfy for long, this episode offers a different perspective. SeductionEd is about becoming a more attractive man by becoming a more authentic one. Tarot, Seduction, and Shadow Work | Christian Kenny on Attraction, Intuition & Human Psychology
2026/08/02
What does tarot have to do with seduction? Much more than you might think. In this episode of the SeductionEd Podcast, Keu Reyes sits down with entrepreneur, researcher, and creator Christian Kenny for a conversation that goes far beyond tarot readings. Together they explore attraction, intuition, psychology, symbolic thinking, human behavior, and the role of self-awareness in relationships. Christian challenges many common beliefs about tarot, arguing that the cards do not predict the future. Instead, they help reveal patterns, capabilities, and the parts of ourselves we often avoid confronting. Topics include: • The connection between tarot and attraction• Seduction as intuition versus manipulation• Love, hormones, and long-term relationships• Why shadow work matters more than fortune telling• Free will versus destiny• Can tarot actually change your future?• The psychology behind symbols and archetypes• Why most people ask the wrong questions in a reading• Killer Kards Tarot and transforming true crime into personal growth• Aurora, Christian’s research system for analyzing symbolic and behavioral patterns• AI, consciousness, and the future of symbolic intelligence Whether you’re skeptical, curious, or already immersed in tarot, this conversation offers a fresh perspective that bridges psychology, philosophy, symbolism, and human attraction. Stop Forcing Attraction: Not Every Woman Will Like You
2026/06/14
Welcome to SeductionEd, where attraction, psychology, seduction, and human behavior get broken down without fluff. In this episode, we get into one of the hardest truths for men to accept: not every woman is meant to like you, and chasing the ones who do not is one of the fastest ways to create anxiety, confusion, wasted energy, and heartbreak. This conversation explores rejection, patience, masculine awareness, and the power of waiting for women who actually show genuine interest. Instead of obsessing over what to say, how to approach, or how to force chemistry, this episode challenges men to become more observant, more grounded, and more willing to move only where real attraction already exists. In this episode, we explore: • Why rejection hurts men so deeply• How rejection can strengthen you if you use it correctly• Why getting better does not eliminate rejection completely• The hidden cost of chasing women who are not interested• Why patience is a seduction strategy most men ignore• How to recognize real signals of interest• Why being out in the world matters if you want attraction to find you• How to avoid relationships that go nowhere by choosing women who already like you This is not about passively hiding from life. It is about developing enough awareness, restraint, and confidence to stop forcing what is not there and move only with real energy. If you are tired of overthinking women, second-guessing signals, and pursuing situations that lead nowhere, this episode is for you. Do Other Men Make You Insecure?
2026/06/07
In this episode of SeductionEd, I’m talking about a kind of insecurity a lot of men feel but do not want to admit. You’re with a woman, or around a woman you like, and another man walks in. Maybe he looks better. Maybe he has more presence. Maybe he carries himself like he knows something you don’t. And suddenly you feel it. You get uncomfortable. You start watching her. Watching him. Watching the room. Trying to calculate if she notices him. Trying to figure out if he is a threat. But the truth is, it is not really about her. And it is not really about him. It is about you. If another man walking into the room makes you feel like you might lose her, then somewhere inside you, you believe he has something you do not. That is the part you have to check. Not by arguing. Not by getting jealous. Not by trying to control her. By stepping your own game up. Because jealousy does not make you more attractive. Insecurity does not make her want you more. Trying to control her does not make you powerful. It just shows that you do not trust your own value yet. And here is the other side of it. Sometimes you are the man who triggers other men. You walk into a room. You are confident. You are outgoing. You attract attention. And suddenly some man who does not even know you starts acting strange. He pulls his woman closer. He gets tense. He watches you like you came there to steal something. But that is not your problem. Secure men do not panic when another man walks in. Secure men do not need to drag their woman away from the room. Secure men stay calm because they know who they are. This episode is about learning to control the only person you actually control: yourself. Not her.Not him.You. If she can be taken, she was never yours like that anyway. And if you are constantly afraid of losing her to a better man, then the answer is not jealousy. The answer is becoming harder to replace. Step it up. Build yourself. Become so solid that another man’s presence does not shake you. Because when you know you are the prize, you stop playing defense in rooms where you should be standing in power. Thanks for reading SeductionEd! Don’t Let Her Kill Your Vibe
2026/06/05
In this episode of SeductionEd, I’m painting while talking. No big production. No formal lesson. Just me in the middle of a thought, trying to put something on the canvas and something into words at the same time. I’m the kind of man who likes jazz, incense, painting, art, wine, and quiet spaces where life slows down enough for you to actually feel it. And here’s what I’ve learned: not everybody belongs inside that part of you. Some people can be beautiful and still not understand beauty. Some people can be attractive and still disturb your peace. Some people can sit next to you in a meaningful moment and still need noise, drama, attention, or distraction because they do not know how to be still inside something real. That does not make them bad. It just means they may not be built for your world. Your life is already a canvas. Every day is a brushstroke. Some strokes are clean. Some are messy. Some look like mistakes until much later. But if you keep living with intention, eventually something starts forming. A style.A rhythm.A language.A self. And once you start finding that, you have to protect it. This episode is about learning how to enjoy your own world without waiting for someone else to validate it. It is about not dragging the wrong woman into the room where your imagination lives. It is about knowing that sometimes the most seductive thing you can do is keep painting, keep listening, keep moving, and let people meet you where they can. Because if someone does not understand your peace, they may turn it into chaos. And sometimes you have to love your own atmosphere enough not to let anyone ruin it. By the way, here’s the end result of the painting I was working on… Thanks for reading SeductionEd! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work. This is a public episode. Are All Women the Same?
2026/06/01
In this episode of SeductionEd, I ask a question that sounds dangerous at first: are all women created equal? And before anybody starts lighting candles and preparing the outrage ceremony, I am not talking about human value. I am talking about compatibility. Physically, women are different. Mentally, women are different. Emotionally, women are different. Intellectually, women are different. That should not be controversial. Men are different too. Some people are brilliant in one area and completely lost in another. Some people are beautiful but impossible to talk to. Some people are smart but emotionally exhausting. Some people are not “bad,” they are just not compatible with you. That is the real point. We live in a society that wants to pretend everyone is the same. I understand why. Nobody wants discrimination. Nobody wants people treated like less than human. But pretending everyone is the same creates another problem: it stops us from being honest about fit. There are women I have met who were way ahead of me intellectually. They made me feel like I had to stand on my toes just to keep up. And there are women I have met where I felt like I had to slow everything down, explain five steps before making one point, and shrink the way I naturally communicate just to make the connection work. Neither one feels natural. This episode is not about calling anybody dumb. It is not about putting women down. It is about being honest enough to ask: what kind of woman actually fits how I think, speak, move, and process life? Because attraction is not just about looks. It is not just about chemistry. It is also about communication. Can we think together? Can we talk without one person constantly feeling intimidated, bored, confused, or exhausted? That is why I believe the real standard is not higher intelligence or lower intelligence. It is compatible intelligence. You have to know what kind of woman shines for you. Not for society. Not for your friends. Not for your ego. For you. Because not every woman is your woman. And pretending otherwise is how a lot of men end up trapped in relationships where the body is there, but the mind never really meets them. Thanks for reading SeductionEd! When All Your Women Break Your Heart at the Same Time
2026/05/30
At the risk of SeductionEd becoming my personal journal, this episode is exactly that: real, emotional, and unpolished. A few days ago, I recorded an episode about having to “make the best chick see the exit.” That was about boundaries. That was about discipline. That was about letting someone go instead of lowering myself just to keep the moment alive. But this episode is the aftermath. Because when you are involved with multiple women at different emotional levels, people think it looks fun. They think it looks exciting. They think it looks like options, freedom, and abundance. And maybe sometimes it is. But when the downs come, they do not come gently. One woman can make you uncomfortable. One woman can disappoint you. One woman can hurt you. But when several women shift energy at the same time, when several connections start draining you instead of feeding you, the emotional weight multiplies. That is what I was sitting with in this episode. Not from a scientific place. Not from a polished SeductionEd framework. Just from the raw human side of it. The part where you start asking yourself, “Why does this keep happening?” And eventually, you have to admit the uncomfortable truth: I am the common denominator. That does not mean I am evil. It does not mean they are evil. It means there is a lesson in the pattern. Sometimes the women who once gave you energy become the same women who drain it. And if that keeps happening, you have to stop blaming the moon, the timing, the circumstances, or the women, and start looking at what you keep allowing. This episode is about that moment. The emotional crash after abundance. The cost of entertaining several connections. The strange pain of being affected by people you thought you could manage. The reminder that seduction is not always power. Sometimes it is a mirror. This is not my normal format. There is no science here. Just the truth of where I was when I recorded it. Thanks for reading SeductionEd! Can You Actually Make the Best Chick See the Exit?
2026/05/29
This is the follow-up reflection to the raw episode I recorded right after I had to live the line in real time. Jay-Z has a lyric that always stayed with me: “I make the best chick see the exit.” When I first heard it, it sounded bold. Almost cold. Like something only a certain kind of man could say. But the older I get, the more I realize the line is not really about being mean. It is about discipline. It is about whether you can say no when the opportunity looks good. It is about whether you can keep your plans, your work, your peace, and your self-respect when someone attractive, exciting, or rare suddenly wants access to you. A lot of men are used to chasing. We are used to hunting. We are used to feeling like opportunities with women are limited. So when one shows up, especially one we really want, we start acting like we cannot afford to lose it. That is where the weakness begins. Just because the opportunity is there does not mean it is your opportunity. Just because she wants your attention does not mean she deserves your availability. Just because she is attractive does not mean she gets to interrupt your purpose. In this episode, I break down what it really means to make the best chick see the exit. Not from anger. Not from ego. Not to punish her. But because sometimes saying no is the only way to prove to yourself that you are not starving anymore. The real power is not in having options. The real power is knowing you can walk away from one. Thanks for reading SeductionEd! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work. This is a public episode. I Made the Best Chick See the Exit
2026/05/27
This is not my normal SeductionEd episode. I recorded this lying in bed, right after something happened. No studio. No polished setup. No distance from the moment. Just me talking through it while the feeling was still fresh. There is a Jay-Z line I have always connected with: “I make the best chick see the exit.” I have said that before as a principle. As a mindset. As a reminder that no matter how attractive, rare, or important someone feels in the moment, you still have to be willing to protect your self-respect. But this time, I had to live it. And I want to be clear. This episode is not about being mean. It is not about punishing anyone. It is not about acting tough for the camera. It is about what happens inside you when someone challenges a boundary and you have to choose between keeping the peace or keeping yourself. She started leaving. I could have softened. I could have lowered my stance. I could have talked her out of it just to avoid the discomfort. And maybe she would have stayed. But then I would have known. I would have known that I abandoned myself to keep someone close. So I let her go. And it did not feel good. That is the part most people do not talk about. Boundaries do not always feel powerful in the moment. Sometimes they feel lonely. Sometimes they leave a bad taste. Sometimes you sit there afterward wondering if you should have handled it differently. But pain does not always mean you made the wrong decision. Sometimes pain is just the cost of not betraying yourself. This episode is about that moment. The uncomfortable space between desire and dignity. Between wanting someone there and knowing you cannot let them stay if it means making yourself smaller. It is raw. It is uncut. It is not perfect. But it is real. Thanks for reading SeductionEd! Are You Alone Because You’re Afraid?
2026/05/24
In this episode, I talk about something most men do not want to look at: the reason we keep choosing the same kind of woman, the same kind of chaos, and the same kind of pain. A lot of us think we are looking for love, but what we are really looking for is something familiar. The first woman who shaped how you understood love was usually your mother, your grandmother, or whoever raised you. Whether she was loving, distant, protective, cold, chaotic, or emotionally unavailable, those traits became part of your internal map. Later in life, you may find yourself attracted to women who make you feel the same way you felt growing up, even if that feeling was painful. That does not mean you are consciously choosing bad relationships. It means your subconscious may still be trying to recreate what it already knows. I also talk about why so many men stay distracted with relationships, attention, arguments, sex, company, and emotional drama. Sometimes we would rather be unhappy with someone than be alone with ourselves. Because when you are alone, the memories come up. The wounds come up. The truth comes up. But that is where the real work starts. You cannot expect someone else to make you happy if you have not faced yourself. You cannot expect a relationship to heal what you keep refusing to look at. And you cannot build something healthy with someone else while using them to avoid your own internal pain. Being alone can hurt. Healing can feel uncomfortable. Looking in the mirror and asking, “Who am I, and how can I become better?” is not easy. But it is necessary. Because once you can be alone, laugh alone, eat alone, travel alone, and actually be okay with yourself, you finally start becoming someone who has something real to offer. Why Desperation Makes Her Lose Interest
2026/05/21
I used to think patience meant waiting. But the older I get, the more I realize patience is not really about waiting at all. Patience is about not letting desperation take over your behavior. In this episode, I talk about how fast life moves, how much we chase instant gratification, and why that same impatience can destroy attraction. We want the text now. The call now. The answer now. The connection now. But seduction does not work like fast food. Desire needs space. Attraction needs time. And when you rush it, you usually reveal the one thing you were trying to hide: neediness. I compare it to being hungry at a restaurant. If the food is taking too long, your desperation does not make it come faster. It only makes the experience worse. Same thing with women. If she is taking time to respond, decide, feel, or come around, your panic does not pull her closer. It usually pushes her away. Patience does not always feel good. In fact, most of the time it feels uncomfortable. You want something, but you breathe through it. You stay grounded. You keep your dignity intact. That is where the power is. This episode is a reminder that impatience makes you reactive, but patience makes you magnetic. And there is a major difference between being patient and doing nothing. That part matters too. Seduce Yourself First
2026/05/03
In this episode, I talk about one of the most overlooked parts of seduction: learning how to actually enjoy being with yourself. Before you try to attract someone else, you have to ask a harder question. Do you even like being with you? When was the last time you traveled alone? Ate alone? Went somewhere without needing company, approval, or someone else’s energy to make the moment feel valuable? Seduction is not just about getting someone’s attention. It starts with becoming someone you are attracted to first. Because if you are bored by yourself, uncomfortable with your own mind, or always waiting for someone else to make life interesting, that shows. You can create a persona. You can act confident. You can send your representative into the world. But real attraction comes from authenticity. It comes from becoming a person who enjoys his own presence. Seduce yourself first. Once you learn to enjoy your own company, you stop chasing approval and start becoming magnetic. You can be with someone, but you don’t need to be. And that is where real power begins.
