How to attract ready to buy people into your audience
2026/10/22
If you’re anything like me, or pretty much every client I’ve ever worked with, I bet at one stage, you’ve said the words “I think I’m just attracting the wrong people”. We’re taught that as long as we get the numbers, we can make the sales. As long as you can get x amount of people on your waitlist, or 10k followers, or however many leads - as long as you have eyes on your content, you’ll be able to hit your revenue goals. But UNFORTUNATELY it’s not always as simple as that, and if you're a business owner looking to grow and scale, you've likely come across this issue too. In this episode I share the four things to focus on to start attracting more ready to buy, action taking people into your audience with your content. Radiate is OPEN until tomorrow at 6pm UK time, and there are still spaces left for the IRL bonus coaching day!
Creating content that makes you ridiculously in demand
2026/10/15
There's a massive difference from trying to get views and go viral on Instagram, vs content that creates demand for you and your work. In this episode, we're chatting about the magic combo of: Self expression - the kind of content that makes people FEEL like you're the person to follow, that pulls them in and gets them excited with you. and Commercial appeal - because the most creative content in the world, doesn't necessarily SELL, unless you know how to blend that creative self expression with commercial appeal. Don't forget to listen to my free audio training, Your Content Comeback - you can find that here.
Growing your following without going viral
2026/10/08
Growing an audience on your Instagram or other socials is often focused on how to get the most views, or how to go as viral as possible. And getting views is great, but what we reaaally love is content that builds your audience AND gets you the opportunities and business growth that you want. I've never had a big viral moment in my business, but my content still gets me incredible opportunities, from five figure brand deals, to travelling the world for work, to doubling my revenue this year (without doubling my following). In this episode, I share: - The quick fixes nearly everyone could make to attract more strangers with their content - The other things you can do to make a stranger actually follow you, not just scroll on by - What to do outside of optimising for views and virality to grow your audience online Don't forget to listen to my free audio training, Your Content Comeback here.
Grown an audience, but feel like you should be making more money?
2026/10/01
We all know that growing a following online doesn't necessarily mean making the money you want to make - but WHY is that? What is it that makes some people with a relatively small audiences make way more sales than some people with huge audiences? I've worked with clients with 5k, 10k, 20k, 50k, even 100k followers, who aren't making the monthly revenue they want to be making, and in this episode I'm sharing the 8 things I see over and over that block their sales. Don't forget, if you want to create content that really moves the needle for your business, listen to my free audio training here: Your Content Comeback.
Creating content that gets you the opportunities you want
2026/09/24
Being consistent with content is one thing, but what about posting content that gets you the opportunities you want? Whether it's getting a book deal, working with brands, growing your community or getting more sales, we need to reverse engineer your content world to bring these goals to life. This episode is about how to do that - what kind of content should you be posting to attract the opportunities on your vision board? Plus I share some updates of what's happened in the week since I started my content comeback - spoiler alert, you can turn your online presence around way quicker than you think. Don't forget to download my new free audio training: Your Content Comeback, if you want to get your content out of its flop era and into the kind of personal brands that attracts every opportunity you want.
How to bring fresh energy into your content, with presence over perfection
2026/09/17
If you've been going through a content flop era - I've GOT you. In my first episode back after some serious life stuff halted the podcast, I'm sharing all the thoughts and feels around getting back into content after a break, or a busy season where you only have time for the bare minimum. We're talking Presence Over Perfection - how to get out of overthinking and into your zone of genius with your social media - and how to keep taking imperfect action towards your goals. I also shared my plans for how I'm re-energising my content in the run up to my next launch, and I've shared that exact plan in more detail in my new free audio training: Your Content Comeback. Sign up here to get the bonus free audio training that goes through the exact 7 steps I'm taking this month to enter my content comeback era, so your dms can go from "I never see you on my feed anymore", to "omg you're on FIRE!"

Launch Debrief - my highest revenue (and profit!) launch so far
2026/06/10
Launch debrief: how I had my best launch ever with a brand new offer that wasn't even built yet. My new offer Radiate now has its first founding members, and it ended up being my best launch ever - so I'm doing what I always do and sitting down to share the full behind-the-scenes with you. The numbers, what worked, what I'd do differently and the big lessons I'm taking into the next one. In this episode: Why having less than half the people on my launch list compared to my last launch still produced more revenueHow building in public and having hundreds of conversations before opening the doors made this launch feel genuinely chillThe personal reason why this launch felt easier than previous ones - and what perfectionist mode was doing to my other launches without me realisingThe honest weak spots - the top of funnel content I deprioritised and the gap I left for logical buyers who needed more informationWhy I can't just do the same thing again next time - and exactly what I'm focusing on over summer to make the next launch even biggerThe one thing that made the biggest difference to this launch that you can start doing todayWant to be first in line for the next Radiate launch? How to create content that’s FELT (not just scrolled past)
2026/05/27
Every day you scroll past thousands of pieces of content that wash over you completely. And then there are a handful of people you always show up for. They pop up first on your stories, when their email lands you read it. When they post you stop scrolling, when they launch something you're first in the door. This episode is about what's actually different about those people - and why most of the advice around "having a point of view" is missing a few key things. In this episode: The science behind why people only have cognitive bandwidth for a tiny handful of trusted voices. Why the rise of "hot take culture" has produced the most lukewarm content on the internet - and what it's done to the people who don't want to show up that wayThe difference between a point of view that makes people feel shamed and one that makes them feel seen - and why only one of them builds an online world people want to stay inRadiate doors close June 1st and the founding member price goes up after that. If you want to build the kind of online world that gets you into more people's handful of trusted voices - and keeps you there - this is your last few days!
A year of the podcast - my four biggest business lessons from this year
2026/05/20
A whole YEAR of this podcast! Here are the four biggest lessons I’ve learned in that time, about my business, my content, my overall strategy and my goals.  It also happens to be the day my new offer Radiate opens - which feels very fitting! In this episode: An honest look at where I was a year ago - pivot aftermath, rebuilding my email list, rebuilding my cashflow. How the podcast changed things - including the specific moment in September where I felt it really started to work. Why niching down was actually one of the hardest years I've had in business - and what landing on Creative Director of Online Worlds finally gave me Why launch strategy needs an online world to sit inside - and what I've seen over and over with clients that made this undeniable Today, Radiate opens. My new six month programme for established service providers, coaches and experts who want to build an industry-leading content world that pulls ideal clients into their orbit and turns them into raving fans of everything they do. A reminder - the first ten founding members get an invite to an in-person day on June 11th, I expect these to go fairly quickly, so if you have any questions let me know! Thank you so much for a whole year of listening. It genuinely means the WORLD - if you haven’t already, I’d love it if you could leave me a rating and review on Spotify / Apple Podcasts, it makes a huge difference to people finding the episodes.
Behind the scenes of creating a new signature offer - ep 51
2026/05/13
This is a proper behind-the-scenes of how I've built and pre-launched a brand new signature offer - from the very first idea, through all the conversations, the content, the messy bits, what's worked and what hasn't If you've got a new offer idea you've been sitting on and want to get moving, this one's for you. In this episode: Why Radiate is the offer I was always meant to create - and what working with over a hundred business owners taught me about what was missingThe sprint that came first - why I tested the concept before building anything bigger, and what a 50%+ conversion rate told meWhy I had as many conversations as possible before building a single thing - and how building from the outside in changed everythingThe content movement strategy that's had my podcast listens, email opens and click rates all going up at the same timeWhy the curriculum is always the last thing I build - and why selling before you create makes for a better offer every single timeRadiate opens next week. It's my new six month programme for established service providers, coaches and experts who want to build an industry-leading content world that pulls ideal clients into their orbit and turns them into raving fans. And if you want a first taste before it opens - come to Inner Circle, my free masterclass on May 20th at 1pm. Grab your spot here.
How to grow your email list with people who will actually buy from you
2026/05/06
Email list growth tips that actually work in 2026 - plus, it's episode 50!! This is one of the biggest priorities I hear from people right now - building an inner circle of people who are warm, engaged, and actually want to buy from you. Your email list is one of the most powerful places for that to happen. When it's working properly. In this episode I'm getting into the difference between a big list and the RIGHT list - and why that distinction changes everything about how you approach list building. In this episode: How list building has changed and what's actually working nowEvery list growth method I use and recommend - lead magnets, live events, summits, ads, ManyChat automations - with an honest take on eachWhy giving your list a "thing" - a series, a format, a reason to stay - is the most underrated list building strategy goingThe warm audience vs hot audience signals I look for before a launch (and what they tell me about whether pre-launch messaging is landing)Join me for Inner Circle, my free masterclass on May 20th at 1pm. Steal my exact content planning and creation workflow
2026/04/29
In this episode I'm sharing my exact content workflow as someone with big goals this year who will never be a "whole month scheduled in advance" girly. The system that's actually working for me right now, and the mindset shift that made content feel like it finally has real momentum behind it - thinking in movements instead of pillars. I also get into something I see constantly with established, experienced people: the part of their content funnel they've been neglecting. Which one are you? In this episode: My exact quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily content rhythm The three funnel blind spots I see over and over with established creators. Why great content strategy isn't just about posting consistently, it's about speaking to every stage of your customer journey at the same timeReady to find and fill the gaps in your content world? Join me for Inner Circle, my free masterclass on May 11th - we're looking at what a complete, intentional content world looks like and how to make your inner circle big enough to hit your sales goals over and over. How to create content that pulls people into your world (and keeps them there)
2026/04/22
Building an audience is one thing - but turning that audience into people who are obsessed with your content, join every offer you launch, and basically become raving fans of everything you do is a whole different challenge. It comes down to one thing: the gravitational pull of your content. In this episode I'm breaking down what actually makes content magnetic - not just content that gets views, but content that makes people go looking for more of you, binge your back catalogue, and move from casual follower to loyal fan faster than you'd think possible. In this episode: Why audience growth doesn't automatically mean business growth - and what's actually missing when you have followers but not fansGoogle's 7/11/4 theory - 7 hours, 11 touchpoints, 4 locations - and what it means for how you build your content strategy (plus why strong messaging can collapse that timeline dramatically)Why listening is the most underrated content strategy, and how it directly affects how magnetic your content becomesThe real reason why some content gets binged and some gets scrolled pastInner Circle free masterclass - grab your spot here if you want to bring more people into your orbit and turn them into fans of everything you do.
