79 \\ Peace Doesn’t Just Happen Because You Love God
2026/10/01
Peace is a promise, but it’s also something Scripture tells us to pursue. In 1 Peter 3:10–12, we’re told to turn away from evil, do good, seek peace, and pursue it. That means a peaceful life isn’t necessarily the automatic result of loving God. There are choices, boundaries, habits, relationships, thoughts, and patterns we may have to address if we want to actually live in the peace Jesus makes available to us. In this Jesus Timeout, Juliana explores what it means to actively pursue peace with God rather than continually participating in the very things that disturb it. Sometimes pursuing peace means changing what you entertain. Sometimes it means having the conversation. Sometimes it means setting the boundary. Sometimes it means walking away from unnecessary conflict, refusing to rehearse an offense, or becoming more intentional about what gets access to your internal world. Peace isn’t passivity. And pursuing peace doesn’t mean avoiding everything difficult. It means learning how to remain anchored in God while becoming responsible for what you allow to continually disrupt the life He is forming in you. If your life has felt noisy, heavy, relationally complicated, or internally unsettled, this is your invitation to ask: What would it look like for me to actually pursue peace?   If you know you need ongoing support to keep growing in your faith, capacity, discernment, and leadership, come join us inside Courage Co. This is where we practice this. We’re not just collecting more information about God—we’re becoming people who can actually carry what He’s giving us without losing our peace, our purity, our relationships, or our intimacy with Him. 78 \\ From Self-Consciousness to God-Consciousness
2026/09/25
The quickest way to lose your peace is to become overly conscious of yourself—how you’re doing, how you’re being perceived, what you’re getting wrong, what you need to fix, and whether you’re enough. Jesus offers us another way. “Come to Me… and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28) Rest begins when we stop making ourselves the starting point and turn our attention back to Him. Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” we can ask, “Who is God, what is true about Him, and who am I because I belong to Him?” Scripture tells us, “As He is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17). That means our identity was never meant to be discovered through endless self-analysis. We understand ourselves rightly by first beholding Him. In this Jesus Timeout, we’re moving from self-consciousness to God-consciousness—from striving, self-monitoring, comparison, and internal pressure into the rest that comes from making Jesus our reference point again. When you’re unsettled, don’t start with yourself. Start with God. Come back to who He is. Come back to what He says. Come back to His presence. And let Him remind you who you are.   The quickest way to lose your peace is to become overly conscious of yourself—how you’re doing, how you’re being perceived, what you’re getting wrong, what you need to fix, and whether you’re enough. 77 \\ Formation Happens in the Pause
2026/09/17
Transformation is not found in rushing from one thing to the next. It happens when we slow down long enough to reflect with God. In this Jesus Timeout, Juliana shares why intentional reflection is essential to spiritual formation—and how paying attention to what God is revealing, healing, and inviting you into helps you become more grounded, mature, and led by Him.   If you are ready to stop outsourcing your discernment, abandoning yourself to keep the peace, or repeating relational patterns that cost you peace and capacity, join me for the free OWN IT™ Challenge. Together, we will grow in self-leadership, clarity, boundaries, courage, and the ability to make decisions with God. REGISTER HERE: https://julianapage.info/Ownitchallenge   And if you are looking for a place to keep growing beyond one moment of clarity, Courage Co. is where we build the spiritual, mental, emotional, and leadership capacity to walk it out. You do not have to navigate relationships, transitions, and your next season alone. Join us inside Courage Co. HERE: https://www.julianapage.com/courage-co
76 \\ A Heart the Enemy Cannot Occupy
2026/09/11
Life will give you opportunities to be offended. People may disappoint you, wound you, misunderstand you, or fail to give you what they should have. You are not responsible for everything that happens to your heart—but you are responsible for stewarding what happens in it. In this Jesus Timeout, Juliana teaches from Hebrews 12:15: the invitation to watch carefully so that we do not fall short of the grace of God or allow a root of bitterness to grow and create trouble. Bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness, and offense are not harmless reactions. When left unchecked, they can become a place of agreement and a stronghold the enemy uses to distort our peace, relationships, discernment, and future. A pure heart does not mean pretending pain did not happen. It means bringing that pain to Jesus, refusing to rehearse offense, releasing what you cannot carry, and keeping your inner life guarded in grace. You are the bishop—the overseer and guard—of your own heart. Let the Holy Spirit help you keep it tender, clean, and free.   If you are ready to stop postponing the woman God is empowering you to become, join me for the free OWN IT™ Challenge. https://julianapage.info/Ownitchallenge   For ongoing spiritual formation, practical leadership support, and a community that will help you walk out what God is developing in you, join Courage Co.® https://www.julianapage.com/courage-co   And if you need focused, personal clarity around a decision, transition, calling, or next step, explore a Private Intensive with Juliana:  https://julianapage.info/privateintensive
75 \\ Maturing in Christ Increases Your Capacity
2026/09/05
What if the weight you are carrying is not proof that God is overwhelming you—but evidence that He is expanding you? In this Jesus Timeout, Juliana Page teaches on spiritual maturity, capacity, and the progression of your mantle. God does not increase your responsibility simply to exhaust you. He matures your character, sharpens your abilities, strengthens your inner life, and enlarges your capacity until what once overwhelmed you becomes something you can carry with wisdom, peace, and grace. Your abilities are not accidental. They can reveal the mantle God is developing on your life. As you steward what is in your hands, God prepares you for greater influence, greater responsibility, and greater impact. You are not behind. You are in process. Let God grow your capacity for what He has called you to carry.   If you are ready to stop letting fear, comparison, insecurity, hesitation, and inconsistency negotiate with your calling, join the free OWN IT™ Challenge. This is your invitation to own what God put in you, move with greater clarity and courage, and take the next faithful step toward the life and leadership you were created for. 74 \\ How To Evaluate Leaders Starting With You
2026/08/29
How do you evaluate a leader or ministry in a biblical way? In a culture of online call-outs, quick conclusions, spiritual manipulation, and blind loyalty, we need mature discernment. Scripture calls us to test what we hear, judge rightly, and pay attention to fruit—but it also calls us to humility, mercy, honor, and love. In this teaching, Juliana shares how to discern healthy leadership without becoming critical, naïve, cynical, or dishonoring. You’ll learn what to look for over time, how to test both message and fruit, why character matters as much as gifting, and how to stay rooted in truth when questions arise around a leader or ministry. This is not about becoming a better critic. It is about becoming a more mature believer—one who can recognize what is healthy, respond wisely to what is harmful, and remain anchored in Jesus.     OWN IT™ Challenge If you are tired of second-guessing yourself, carrying too much, shrinking to keep the peace, or feeling disconnected from the woman God created you to be, join me for the free OWN IT™ Challenge. Over four nights, we’ll identify the survival patterns that have been leading you and begin building the clarity, courage, and capacity to live and lead differently. 73 \\ When You Need Wisdom for What’s Next
2026/08/22
What if the wisdom you need is not just for today’s problem—but for the life, responsibility, and opportunities God is preparing you to carry next? In this Jesus Timeout, Juliana shares a simple invitation from Scripture: ask God for wisdom. Not merely more information, stronger feelings, or a quick answer, but Heaven’s perspective for the decisions, relationships, timing, conversations, and next steps in front of you. If you have been feeling pressure to figure everything out, this episode will help you pause, return to God’s presence, and ask for the wisdom that brings clarity without panic. Together, we will reflect on James 1:5, Proverbs 2:6, Proverbs 4:7, and Joshua 1:8—and pray for wisdom that protects your peace, strengthens your discernment, and prepares you for what is ahead.   If you want to grow in wisdom, spiritual maturity, and confidence in hearing and following God, come join me inside Courage Co. Courage Co. is my monthly mentorship community for people who are ready to build a life deeply aligned with God—spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and in the way they lead and steward what He has entrusted to them. 72 \\ You Are Not Falling Apart | You Are in Transition
2026/08/12
Transition can feel disorienting. Something within you is shifting, even when nothing around you has visibly changed. What once fit no longer feels aligned. Familiar relationships, rhythms, methods, and structures may begin losing their grace. You know you cannot remain where you were, but you may not yet have clarity about where you are going. In this Jesus Time Out, Juliana shares five truths that will help you discern what God may be doing in seasons of transition. You’ll discover: • Why a God-led pivot can temporarily leave you feeling unbalanced • How to obey when transition arrives without explanation or convenience • Why everyone will not understand the version of you that is emerging • How to remain flexible in your methods without compromising your convictions • How transition exposes where you may have become more attached to God’s manifestation than to God Himself Sometimes God removes the familiar so you can discover Him beyond the familiar. You are not necessarily lost. You are not failing. And you are not falling apart. You may simply be in the sacred space between what God has finished and what He is preparing to reveal.   If God is asking you to release a relationship, role, rhythm, or version of yourself that no longer belongs in your next season, I want to invite you into Courage Co. Inside Courage Co., you can access my Holy Detachment masterclass, where I teach you how to recognize unhealthy emotional entanglement, release what you were never assigned to carry, and move forward without bitterness, guilt, or losing your capacity to love. You do not have to preserve what God has finished just because it was once meaningful. Visit courageco.org to join us and learn how to release the familiar while remaining anchored in God.
71 \\ Detachment Might Be Your New Favorite Word
2026/08/09
Are you overwhelmed because you are carrying your responsibilities—or because you have absorbed everyone else’s? In this Jesus Time Out, Juliana explores the tension between Galatians 6:2 and Galatians 6:5, the difference between compassionate support and misplaced responsibility, and why holy detachment can restore your peace, attention, and capacity. Stay through the guided reflection to separate what belongs to you, what belongs to others, and what belongs only to God.   If this episode helped you recognize that you have been carrying more than God assigned you, I want to invite you into Courage Co. Courage Co. is a Spirit-led formation community for visionary women who are ready to understand what God is forming in them, develop the capacity to respond with wisdom, and become unshakable in who He created them to be. Inside, we go beyond identifying the pattern. We practice the deeper work of changing it—with biblical teaching, guided reflection, practical tools, and a community committed to courageous growth. JOIN US HERE: https://julianapage.info/couragecomembership And if someone came to mind while you were listening—not someone who needs to be corrected, but someone who needs permission to put down what was never theirs to carry—share this episode with them. Until next time, stay connected to the Vine, carry what is yours, and trust God with everything else.

Through 1 Thessalonians 4, John 21, and Matthew 7, you'll discover the difference between what God has entrusted to you, what belongs to others, and what belongs to Him. 66 \\ Celebrate the Fruit of Faithful Investment
2026/07/03
Have you ever watched someone grow and thought, Look how far they've come? In this episode of Jesus Timeout, we're looking at 2 Thessalonians 1:3–4 and Paul's joyful celebration of the Thessalonian believers. Even in the face of relentless persecution and pressure, their faith continued to grow, their love for one another increased, and their perseverance became a testimony worth sharing. This passage reminds us that there is a healthy, God-honoring kind of pride—not pride rooted in ourselves, but genuine joy in the fruit God has produced through faithful investment and steadfast obedience. As you reflect on your own life, consider these questions: • What fruit has God been producing in you through difficult seasons? • Who has invested in your spiritual growth that you can thank today? • Who can you encourage by celebrating the work God is doing in their life? You lose nothing by celebrating what God is doing in others. In fact, a heart that delights in someone else's growth reflects the heart of Christ. Take a few moments today to thank God for His faithfulness, celebrate the fruit He's producing, and continue living with the same perseverance that marked the Thessalonian church.   If today's devotional encouraged you and you're ready to go deeper in your spiritual formation, I'd love to invite you to join Courage Co.—our Spirit-led leadership formation community. Together, we're becoming the kind of people God can trust through biblical teaching, practical leadership development, live masterclasses, prophetic encouragement, and authentic community. 65 \\ You Already Have God's Yes
2026/06/27
Many believers spend their lives trying to earn something God has already given them. In Ephesians 1:13, Paul says that after believing in Christ, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit. In biblical culture, a seal represented ownership, authenticity, authority, protection, and approval. It declared that something belonged to the king. That means you're not working toward God's acceptance. You're living from it. The enemy knows he can't remove God's seal from your life, so instead he tries to convince you it isn't there. He whispers that you aren't enough, haven't done enough, haven't grown enough, or need to prove yourself before God can really use you. But Scripture tells a different story. In this episode, we'll explore what it means to be sealed by the Holy Spirit, why your identity was settled long before your performance, and how renewing your mind to this truth changes the way you live, lead, pray, work, and love. If you've been striving for approval instead of walking in it, this conversation will help you return to the freedom Christ already secured for you.   Ready to go deeper? If you're longing to build the spiritual, mental, emotional, and leadership capacity to live from your God-given identity—not strive for it—I want to invite you into Courage Co. Inside our community, you'll find biblical teaching, practical leadership development, and a family of believers committed to becoming the leaders God can trust. JOIN US HERE: www.courageco.org  And if you're ready for deeper weekly leadership formation, join my Spirit-Driven Success® Leadership Audio Mentorship. These private audio teachings will help you renew your mind, increase your capacity, and learn to lead from your identity in Christ instead of performing for it. Because the goal isn't to become worthy. The goal is to finally live like you already are. START LISTENING HERE:   https://julianapage.info/spiritdrivensuccesspod
