As Stephen Curry prepares for his 6th NBA Finals in the past 8 seasons; it got me thinking is he a top 10 player the game has ever seen? The numbers never lie but sometimes they don’t tell the whole story.. Is he better than his former teammate, KD all-time? Is it because Steph lacks the self-aggrandizement and legacy building shown by the likes of LeBron and even KD to a degree?  I lost MY top 10 players of all time, as well as in the modern era + make the case Steph may already be there, and possibly on his way up further into the top 7?! After a brief hiatus in the middle of the season ya boys are back and ready to talk some Big Buckets… Looking back at the pre-season picks for MVP, champions, etc… Where we are today. The Warriors are back like they never left  (or needed that one guy in BK) Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown are playing with their legacies while Jimmy Butler decided to add onto his last night with a LeBron-esqu performance in TD Garden against Boston down 3-2 with a second trip to the NBA Finals on the line. The Lakers secured a favorable coach for the next 4 seasons! G7 is Sunday night 5/30 from Miami! We’ll be back with post game reactions, NBA Finals predictions and more for a full-length episode. Brrrreaking news out of the NYC today…. The Gawd is back. At certain points I’ve it’s not even worth it to hate on the Lakers this season… Then I remember what exactly this team is and who they were constructed to be. Timing and Situation are everything in the NBA. Russell Westbrook may be the worst possible fit next to a brilliant ball dominate LBJ in year..19! ….. The NBA's 75th anniversary season has officially tipped off, we're about 3-5 games-in for most teams around the association and the biggest question for today's episode was where do we begin? Perhaps Ja Morant's league leading 35 PPG, fueling the #1 offense through week 1 in Memphis. Or maybe how much Brooklyn is missing Kyrie Irving right now, (2-3) why James Harden has the lowest FT attempts in over a decade, struggling to find a rhythm under the new rule changes in officiating fouls. Chi-Town (4-0) , Bay Area (4-0) , NYK (3-1) stand up! It's been nothing but beautiful basketball thus far. Bulls at Knicks tonight from the Garden! Two of the eastern conferences hottest teams will battle it out in the Mecca.  LA Lakers are a work in progress under the biggest microscope in pro sports, why I think the Lakers are fine, but dive deeper into where they are going wrong to this point (2-3) besides the 26p meltdown last night @ OKC...  The Hawks (3-1) pickup where they left off last season, dominating winnable games, and the Minnesota Timberwolves (3-1) took care of the defending champions last night in Milwaukee to further elevate their status amongst the leagues dominant western conference.  Ques and Marc also breakdown their long awaited Fantasy Basketball rosters as week one concludes and one of us gets one step closer to that moneyyy. The Brooklyn Nets released an official statement on the vaccination status of Kyrie Irving and essentially killed the idea of Irving participating this season as a “part time” player, only appearing in home games due to NYC’s vaccine mandate.  With this statement coming out one week before opening night, will Kyrie ultimately get vaccinated, request a trade to a market that doesn’t have mandatory vaccines, or just retire as some believe he may be pondering if unable to compete with Brooklyn… NBA GM’s we’re surveyed for 4 interesting questions as we prepare for the leagues 75th year;  MVP? 2022 Champions: Most Improved Team: ROY? The official 75 all-time players list will be revealed in theee parts beginning opening night on TNT Tuesday Oct 19, and conclude Thursday on the same network.
