I realized when I got older, that while I thought I was being used for free labor (and I was) that the real payment to me wasn't in money, it was knowledge that you can't put a price on. When is the right time to demand your business becomes profitable? Right NOW. Unfortunately, if you're waiting around for permission from your peers to go ahead and get your gross margins correct, and asking your customers when you should raise your prices.....you might never get to where you want to be with your business. You don't need anyone's approval to be profitable....when you take on the CEO Mindset, that's all the approval you need.

I say the word "PROFIT" so many times on the Podcast, that people have reached out through DM's & emails letting me know it makes them cringe.... GOOD.... I probably annoy some of you out there, simply because I speak very harshly about what it takes to run a business.... GOOD....
