Starlin practiced in health system pharmacy for 10 years then transitioned to  serve as the Director of Quality Assurance and Drug Utilization for Illinois Medicaid for 17 years. As a pharmacist who specializes in pharmacoepidemiology, she has over 26 years of experience in the field of health care outcomes research and drug-use analysis. This episode focuses on calling public attention to the dedication of pharmacists to the profession and the advancement of knowledge in health sciences.
