Mindfulness Coffee Meditation

This is a mindfulness meditation, where I guide you to use your senses as you sip a beverage of choice with full awareness. I find that this is a wonderful way to start your mindfulness practice if you have found it difficult to do in the past. I always recommend having a nice, warm beverage on hand, maybe a cup of coffee or tea - whatever brings you joy, so that you can really immerse yourself in the sensorial pleasure of drinking it. I invite you to ritualize this practice, making it part of your morning routine, whether guided or on your own, so that you can begin to build upon the skill of mindfulness (which is simply just being fully present), starting your day with a sense of pleasure... and stepping out with more intention.
