2021/06/28
Hey guys!
Welcome to the new 'series' of the podcast: mindset mondays.
I want to start each week addressing a topic that is going to help us better our lives in the following days. Maybe it's something that helps us to realise what we need to do, be or achieve; maybe it is going to help us to stop self-sabotaging or stop us panicking about upcoming events. If you've got a topic that you would like to be discussed, please let me know.
Lots of love,

Wow, this was a big one for me guys and girls. It look a lot for my mum to open up about this as it's something that she - understandably - finds very difficult to talk and think about, let alone share.
So, I'd like to thank my wonderful mum for not only giving me the time on this podcast, but for everything she has done (and still does) for me in life more generally.

2021/03/12
OK so this week's episode is a little bit of a ramble. I just got so into these questions as I felt SO passionately about it. So please excuse my splutters, I just want you all to realise how frickin' amazing you are.
