It's been a while hasn't it... Listening over this I have a headache because i'm so hard on myself. I'm very sporadic in this and probably don't make a lot of sense the whole time, but I just felt like I had a long overdue conversation with y'all.  I feel supported...constantly...by so many and blessed by so many! Watching acts of kindness to others and receiving those acts myself I wanted to urge some of you to do the same. This episode, you really just hear my confusion with love. The back and forth about love in your head...well...in my head at least. That's what love makes you do. It's crazy and hard. But theres nothing quite like it. Through these 30 minutes I struggle with my vertigo, it's new to me and honestly KICKING my ass. We shall however continue...
