So I decided to check myself recently and I highly recommend all leaders do it. We need to ask ourselves these questions:    ➡️ Are my actions helping the problem or adding to it?   ➡️ Are there areas of improvement I can make, if so what are they? Then prioritize them into actionable goals.   ➡️ Stop the name-calling, losing your cool, and getting baited into the troll's conversation. (I legit had a supporter that kept falling into this and it doesn’t do either of the people good, just block them.)    ➡️ Remember to stick to the facts, what you see going on with your own eyeballs, share your feelings but also don’t spiral out. (It’s easy to, trust me.) Share the Truth and Expose corruption.   ➡️ Don’t be afraid to stand your ground and be a leader, a Lion 🦁 or lioness. Know the value you bring, support the cause, wake people up. The left can be the party of hate & division, we can do better.  There’s more to talk about on this subject but this is just a quick refresher. Political figures, Politicians, and Actors all know how to read teleprompters and give good speeches, but I can’t stand by and listen to Joe Biden's claim that Afghanistan is a success because it’s not. People are dying either due to incompetence or on purpose thanks to the Biden / Harris Administration. Political figures who never served a day in their life in the Military barking ridiculous orders, sacrificing troops' lives and even American lives. Turning away busses of Americans to the Taliban, so they can clean up the bases and airports for the Taliban. Does that sound American to you? It’s not.
