Description

Mudlark is a podcast exploring various ways we develop identity and meaning as humans; the conscious and unconscious, the intentional and unintentional. In life, we pick up nuggets of wisdom, habits, personality traits, and beliefs that shape us into who we are today. While we forage for meaning reaching for fruit, we will also come back with a few stickers and thorns. These are the pieces that unintentionally get stuck to us whether aligned or not. Sometimes they are easy to pick off, and other times they take a lot of perspective and digging to even recognize.Through candid conversations and deep solo musings, we look to find empowerment in our stories and healing in our process.
