To Optimize or Not to Optimize When it Comes to Health?
2024/02/09
Optimize your nutrition, optimize your fitness, optimize your sleep. Optimizing is the new hacking, but somehow more sophisticated. But lost in the world of high-tech solutions for squeezing the most out of your time and your life is the very human need to actually live.
